An insufficient knowledge of history will lead us to repeat the mistakes that others have made before us. But if we know how to avoid the ruts of the beaten path, we will be guided beyond visible things. Truth is what ascetics seek in their asceticism, but which God gives joyfully and without reproach to his children. God himself accompanies us in our readings of the Bible.  “He who is of the truth hears my voice,” said Jesus.

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,” declares the LORD.  “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so My ways are higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts”.   Isaiah 55: 8-9

A Condensed Illustrated Guide to the Christian's Survival in the Times We Live In.

This illustrated catechism is for dummies of whom I am a proud sample. You will learn, among other things, that worlds preceded our world, that the forbidden fruit was not an apple, and that it was not about an intimate story either—even if infidelity is implied—, that angels do not all behave like angels and that the death of Jesus on the cross was not a defeat, but a total victory won in our favour. And many other things, interesting and useful, gleaned during my wanderings in the universe of the Bible and of men. Religion dodges disturbing questions or else it drowns them in considerations of a humanistic, theological or philosophical nature. Approaching these subjects in an amateurish way allows one to say what the Bible affirms, but which others carefully avoid speaking about in order to avoid controversy or preserve their reputation or the doctrinal positions they represent. Let us try not to be more royalist than the king in order to grasp the essential, that is to say, anything that great size. 33 can help us concretely in the present time. These times are the last page of the last act, of a drama that is reaching its denouement.

As a young Christian, I had read an allegorical novel called "The Pilgrim's Progress". Written by John Bunyan in 1678, this story describes the journey of Christian, a young man leaving the country of his birth, which he knows is doomed, to go to a heavenly land of welcome. On his way, many pitfalls arise, and the encounters are not all friendly. He must learn to distinguish true companions from false friends, and progress by extricating himself from the quagmires while persevering towards his destination. The allegorical story and the illustrations had opened my mind to what the true identity of the Christian is. I picked a quote from this English preacher, in his 17th century style : "Come, pluck up, heart; let's neither faint nor fear. Better, though difficult, the right way to go, Than wrong, though easy, where the end is woe.".   Other quotes from that book.

The illustrations on this page are meant to feed our imagination, but none of them claim to represent reality. Reality is the things that Jesus tells us, he who said : "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away."

Foreword

Like many of my contemporaries living in this part of the world, I grew up in the interwar period. And even if the memory of the horrors was still very present in the minds of our parents, this period of reconstruction allowed us to grow up in relative carefreeness, and I am grateful to life for that. Nowadays, with all the media hype surrounding the news, it is becoming more difficult to ignore the threats of all kinds that are emerging and becoming more precise everywhere. How can we not feel sad when thinking of the young people who must enter their adult lives while being exposed to a flood of anxiety-provoking news and information, when they do not have the tools to analyse and understand them ? How will they be able to fit into a very uncertain economic situation and start a family ? And yet, on the other hand, I think they are very lucky. This period of history is going to prove to be the richest and most exciting since man has existed. So many things that others have welcomed from afar and hoped for, will be able to come to fruition now, in the coming years or decades. Things as grand as the return of the Messiah to earth and the establishment of a wonderful reign of peace that will last a thousand years, and this will be of course only the beginning. Like many others who have held on to this hope, this prospect keeps me alive and it is the light that I would like to pass on to my children and to all.

Now, when it comes to understanding the Bible, believers have generally learned or understood things in a certain way. The images that illustrate this page, as well as the way in which certain subjects are approached, are unusual, and perhaps intentionally so. The teachings of Jesus were iconoclastic, and therein lay their interest and their liberating power. The Renaissance paintings and the pious images that accompanied our catechism classes have shaped our unconscious. A too literal reading of Psalm 104:5, which says :  “He has established the earth on its foundations; it shall never be moved,” had led to this theory of a flat earth, resting on pillars. It was feared at the time that Christopher Columbus would approach the “edge of the world” with his caravels and that his entire armada would sink into the abyss. When Galileo came to support the Copernican heliocentric theory before the pontifical college, he was roundly disavowed. Yet, nothing in this theory opposes the assertion that the earth is at the center of the Universe. So there are several ways to conceive of an assertion. Do we believe that Jesus will appear in the same garment he wore two thousand years ago when he walked the roads of Galilee? But how would we know what he looked like and what clothes he wore ? If we focus on a representation, we might pass him by without recognizing him.

The fact that some Bible stories are presented in an allegorical way, also leaves room for interpretation, or perhaps, for levels of understanding that are like the layers of an onion. And the world of the entertainment has its romanticized point of view which is not without interest. But I know from experience, and from having been formatted myself, that looking at things from an unusual point of view can seem like a betrayal. Yet, who can claim to have understood everything and in the only right way on such a vast subject? I will take up a highly philosophical phrase heard from the mouth of Crocodile Dundee: "To argue about who owns the world would be like two fleas on a dog's back arguing about who owns the dog." The same could be be said about Truth. The way we want to approach certain secondary aspects such as the age of the earth, the nature of the forbidden fruit, or the identity of the serpent in Eden, should not divide us. There is knowledge that enriches our understanding, but is not necessary for our salvation. The Bible, this collection of books of supernatural inspiration, offers levels of revelation that are adequate to fuel a life of passionate inquiry. But the Bible is clear and uncompromising on the facts that are essential such as the knowledge that leads us to recognize that Jesus has been exalted to the right hand of God, and to make him Lord of our lives.

Do not conform

“Do not conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may know what is good and acceptable and the perfect will of God,”   said the apostle Paul. And to paraphrase another verse, but from the Book of Esther : 4:14,  “Who knows if you have come into the world for such a time as this !”   The world has been able to forget the time of the Medes and Persians, the Emperor Xerxes whose kingdom extended from India to Ethiopia, and Naaman, the anti-Semite, who reaped the fruits of his wickedness.

But the world will always remember a young woman of modest upbringing, very beautiful, who, because she was ready to renounce the delights of the palace, and even her own life if necessary by revealing her Jewish origins, found the courage to intervene. In the simplicity of her means, Esther knew to bend the king's heart, and her courage allowed an entire people to be saved from destruction. The preacher John Bunyan was imprisoned under the reign of the very Anglican Charles II, before being released later. It must be said that his pen denounced, and his verve was not wooden language. But by a just return of things, Queen Elizabeth II had later confided to have been very inspired by his book "The Pilgrim's Progress", which was her bedside book in her youth. The true heroes of our time are not always those we are shown.

In the Beginning

Now let us set off with our young heroes, to discover things old and new.

The children see war coming to the gates of their city…

Many of us are fortunate to live in regions that have been spared from war and plague. Let us be grateful for this and pray that this situation will continue. But let us understand that the earth is in turmoil. And it may be others who, at this very moment, are fighting our battles in our place. Peace will remain a fragile truce as long as the world is torn apart by a multi-millennial conflict whose nature and stakes are beyond our control.

… They evoke biblical times.

Did this Eden which is sometimes spoken of, really exist ? Why, at a certain point, did the Earth become the one we know, with certainly very beautiful things and people of great value, but where war, poverty, illness, moral suffering and death always end up erasing what we have built ? And all these unanswered questions about our future… How can we be happy in the middle of a world that is not ?

If God exists, is he really a God of love ? We have to be imaginative to believe that a God who loves us could impose these traumas on us, and that he could even order certain wars where men, women and children were killed, and sometimes their livestock. For what reason ?

The God of the New Testament seems so different from that of the Old. Are they really different Gods ? Is Jesus in agreement with the One he calls his Father ?

This page does not claim to provide theological answers to every question we might have, but it does offer an unusual and condensed approach to what the Bible teaches about the origin of the world, the duality present, and the purpose of all things. Many questions find an obvious answer when the subject is approached in a contextualized manner.

The time when God created the World

"In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was chaotic and empty. Darkness covered the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters."

When we read the first chapters of Genesis, we imagine the Big Bang, an explosion of matter and the formation of stars and planets. Then the arrival of life and its proliferation in all its forms. And finally, the creation of a first man and his wife whom God placed in a protected garden, an Eden located on the edge of the Near East.

The Creation of the World contains many mysteries, and this discovery should arouse our curiosity. But some things remain difficult to imagine on a reasonable level, difficult to grasp. For example, the fact that the earth is only six thousand years old, as we were taught in our catechism classes. How can we explain, in this case, the very ancient palaeontological discoveries ? So we conclude that the Bible is part of the tales and legends of our culture, and we will seek the truth in the science of men. And it is a pity, because the Bible is much more explicit about the origins of the world than we are led to believe. But we have adopted a way of looking at the tree, and this tree hides the forest from us. The Bible shows, for example, with generations added in support, that present humanity has existed for about six thousand years since Adam. But it shows us at the same time that other worlds preceded this world, and that civilizations developed and perished there. Civilizations, and even giants, as we will see later. The Bible does not deceive us, but we often read it with prejudices and without knowing how to understand its codes and its sometimes allegorical language.

What does the Bible say about the age of the Universe?

The Creation of the Angels

“In the beginning God said, ‘Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over the livestock of all the earth and over every creeping thing and every insect.’ So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them. Male and female he created them. And God blessed them, saying, ‘Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over every creeping thing and every insect.’”   Genesis 1:1-5.

There is an expression for  “God” that does not always appear in Bible translations but is in the original texts : God, in the context of Genesis, is actually the Elohim — “the Almighties” one might translate. This word is plural. So of course, we think of the Father and his Son : the Word of whom the apostle John speaks when he says :

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome Him."   John 1:1-5.

A special insight into the allegorical meaning of this light evoked in the first chapter of Genesis ! But these words : "the Elohim", also show us that God did not create the world alone.

This page must remain a summary of biblical history. But one thing is very important to know : God owns a kind of enterprise and he works there with other creatures : archangels, seraphim, very impressive cherubim, angels of different ranks and authority, and of course with us, men. Although he is omnipotent, God is respectful of all good will. He is omniscient but this does not prevent him from having a whole council around him. These angels were created by God before the creation of the world that we know. Because in reality, worlds preceded our world, and the angels were already associated with this work of creation.

The Fall of the Angels, and the Giants

Angels and archangels are powerful spirits, and holy for the most part. However, the Bible reveals that a group of angels to whom God had entrusted the charge of our earth and that of men, fomented a sedition and took part, long ago, in a sort of coup d'état.

Peter, in his second letter, chapter three, mentions these angels, saying: "For God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them into hell, where they are kept for judgment, bound in darkness." Jude also speaks of this, in Jude 14-15. It is actually the book of Enoch, the seventh from Adam, that is quoted by these two apostles. The book was once part of the Bible, at least in this version because there were others that are less reliable. But these revelations probably did not please everyone, some having perhaps wanted to ignore this past, and we will understand why. Moses also quotes from the Book of Enoch in the Book of Genesis :  “And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that man also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. And the giants were in the earth in those days, after that the sons of God came in in unto the daughters of men, and they bare them children: these are the mighty men that were famous of old. And the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the Lord repented that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.”   Genesis 6:1-3.

Numerous allusions are also made to him by the prophets, particularly in connection with the messianic times. The Book of Enoch gives us crucial information about the existence of fallen angels, and their role in the perversion of God's creation.

To make a brief summary of chapters 7 and 8 which interest us : "When the children of men had multiplied, daughters were born to them, elegant and beautiful. And when the angels, the children of heaven, had seen them, they fell in love with them; and they said to one another : let us choose women of the race of men, and let us have children with them. Then Samyaza their leader said to them : I fear that you will not be able to accomplish your design. And that I alone bear the penalty of your crime." But these angels also rebelled against their leader and swore that they would not change their plan. "And they each chose a wife, and they approached her, and they cohabited with them; and they taught them sorcery, enchantments, and the properties of roots and trees. And these women conceived and they gave birth to giants. They devoured everything that the labour of men could produce, and it became impossible to feed them. So they turned against men themselves, in order to devour them."

We are in the very context of Peter Jackson's film "The Lord of the Rings". John Ronald Reuel Tolkien, a friend of Clive Staples Lewis, was a Christian, and his allegorical novels, which partly inspired these films, drew themselves from the universe of the Bible.

"Azaziel also taught men to make swords, knives, shields, breastplates, and mirrors; he taught them the making of bracelets and ornaments, the use of painting, the art of painting eyebrows, the use of precious stones, and all kinds of dyes, so that the world was corrupted. Impiety increased; fornication multiplied, the creatures transgressed and corrupted all their ways. Amarazak taught all spells, all enchantments, and the properties of roots. Armers taught the art of solving spells. Barkayal taught the art of observing the stars. Akibeel taught the signs. Tamiel taught astronomy. And Asaradel taught the movements of the moon. And men, on the point of perishing, raised their voices, and their voices went up to heaven."

These giants are not only humanoids of gigantic proportions, whose skeletons are regularly found and immediately removed from public view. But they were also the monsters of all kinds that inhabited the earth in previous eras. Under the tyranny of the angels, the earth knew only ferocity, carnage, and a frenzy of unnatural matings.

God must erase this world several times during prehistory. He turns it inside out at some point like a sock — perhaps a sudden slowdown or a sudden acceleration of the rotation of the earth, caused by the fall of a large meteorite, would have caused the earth's crust to slide on itself. This is how we find, hundreds of meters underground, petrified forests and oil from the decomposition of living beings. We call this period the Carboniferous. Were there humanoids on earth at this time ? … It seems that man came much later, but we do not know.

The men of that time felt very threatened.

It is sometimes thought that these prehistoric men were soulless. However, the angels of heaven heard them cry out in their misfortune, and they intervened with God who sent his servants. They chained these angels in the depths of the earth, awaiting their judgment, and made sure that their posterity killed each other.

Enoch already speaks at this time, of the plan of Elohim to send his son in the form of a simple man, so that humanity would be saved through him.

The Elohim of the Antediluvian World

God begins a new creation. But the earth is not out of the woods yet. They may no longer be all the angels from the beginning because most have been neutralized, but other Elohim continue to reign over creation.

The Bible speaks of a "King of Tyre", who fell in his pride.

“You were in Eden in the garden of God. You were covered with all kinds of precious stones and gold. Your timbrels and your pipes were prepared in the day you were created. You were the cherub I chose and set on my holy mountain, and you walked among the stones of sparkling fire.” (Ezekiel 28:13-14).

“You were blameless in all your ways until evil was found in you. By doing violent things, you sinned and became profane. Then I drove you out, the covering cherub, from my mountain. I expelled you from the midst of the fiery stones.”   (Ezekiel 28:15-16).

We believe that this is the Angel Lucifer, the one who was supposed to bring light to men. After his fall, he became Satan.

A study on this subject.

The prophet Isaiah also denounces the violences of the “King of Babylon.”

“How have you fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning ? You who used to strike down peoples, how is it possible that you have been brought down to the ground ? You said in your heart, ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God. I will sit as king on the mountain of the assembly of the gods, in the far north. I will ascend above the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’ But you have been cast down to Sheol, to the depths of the Abyss !”   Isaiah 14:12-15.

Thus we see that even among angels the famous adage holds true : "Power tends to corrupt, absolute power corrupts absolutely."

How did Lucifer become the devil ? This is a very important message and a warning to all of us.

Falling in love with self is not a male exclusive.

The Bible speaks of three queens with eccentric characters. Our inner image is a gift that God communicates to us when we approach his Word as a mirror, with submission and humility. "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble."

If we do not receive this spiritual filiation and the certainty that our Creator knows and loves us, we will seek our identity elsewhere, and elsewhere is a bottomless pit.

The First Men in His Image

All this prehistory is actually hidden within the Bible. God brings us back to the essential by introducing the story of Genesis with an unprecedented event. Since he cannot trust the angels, God will found the world on other bases. He will reorganize creation by separating light from darkness once again, but this time, the light will no longer come from his angel Lucifer, but it will be that of his own son, his Christ, established to be the light of the world. To succeed, the operation will require that the authority of the disobedient angels be circumvented. To do this, God must elevate Man above the fallen angels—this is the meaning of : “to dominate over the reptiles that crawl on the earth”. And it is his Christ who will confer on man his own authority stemming from his status which is superior to that of the angels. (Hebrews 1, Ephesians 1).

God creates "Eden", a kind of laboratory placed in a secure enclave guarded by cherubim, to be the first fruits of the world reconquered. Eden is also a harbinger of Israel and its mission.

Now, part of the second chapter of Genesis may appear as a repetition of what was said in the first chapter, where God outlines the principles of the creation of the universe. But a closer reading shows us that it is a continuation of the process described previously, where God explains certain particular facts concerning these new men in his likeness, in order to introduce what happens next, in chapter three, where the fall of man is presented in relation to his mission.

God now takes the man and the woman who were taken from the dust of the earth, and after forming them in his image, he places them in Eden. For rather than letting them evolve moved by the spirit of life (Ruach), like those who preceded them and like the animals, God now propels these creatures into a new dimension by breathing into them His own Spirit, the Spirit of Almighty God : Neshama, or Pneuma in Greek. Adam and Eve, filled with the spirit of God, are the firstborn of a new race of men, men made in the image of God since they are now inhabited by His Spirit. As sons of God, their call is to dominate over chaos and the troublemakers in order to restore the earth to its foundations. God created them male and female we are told in the preceding chapter, with different roles or functions to assume, but with an equal staus. But then comes this new statement, for the least surprising…

“The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.” Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals. But for Adam no suitable helper was found.”   Genesis 2.

Having sketched out this conquering man, God will now form him into teams. He will give man a partner. But this "helper in his likeness" will not be chosen at random from among the "animals". For this must be mentioned for a good understanding of the story, and no one should be offended : the man who is not invested with the Spirit of God, remains an animal in the most noble sense of the term, that is to say a being animated by a soul (anima), as the apostle Paul explains :

“Therefore it is written, The first man Adam became a living soul; the last Adam became a life-giving spirit.” 1 Corinthians 15:45. Or again, "But the animal (psuchikos) man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But the spiritual (pneumatikos) man judges all things, yet he himself is judged by no one."  1 Corinthians 2:14-15.

The difference between these two categories of men lies in the Spirit that lead their life. The latter are now "inflated", or rather filled with God, as the root of the word pneumatikos suggests. Filled with the wisdom of God, and not puffed up with pride.

“Be filled with the Spirit” ,  says Paul in Ephesians 5:16.

The fall of man derailed God's plan in many ways. Jewish tradition also mentions an earlier failed attempt, involving a certain Lilith. A strange bird, an ambiguous being by nature, she was said to have been the unwanted and ultimately repudiated wife of a first Adam. There is no doubt that, from the very beginning of the couple, someone understood the potential power of this winning trio and sought to hijack this revolutionary concept for their own advantage.

Yet the initial intention was to form for each Adam, an individual and personal  “Ezer”. The word Ezer means "a helper who comes to someone's help or rescue," and this same word will later qualify the Holy Spirit who will accompany the believers.

This creation is a spiritual work. Therefore, the rapprochement cannot be made on merely human bases due to interferences from the animal aspect of man which remains prevalent. So God will simply call upon the new capacities that He has invested in the spiritual man and woman, to fashion this tailor-made companion and then allow them to meet. God will be the designer of a bride prepared for each Man called to marry, and He will also be the matchmaker.

Jesus said in John 6:44 :  “No man can come to me, except the Father which has sent me draw him : and I will raise him up at the last day” . Why will Jesus raise this person ? Simply because he is one with this person, he is “married to them”. Those who have received the Spirit of Christ, even if they die like everyone else, are drawn to him after their death and live forever in the Spirit.

A good Advice from world's smartest man

But as we will see later, the spiritual bond is now broken because they have allowed the spirit of the occult, of hidden knowledge, to infiltrate and take the place of God within them.   “God said to the woman, ‘I will greatly increase your pain in childbearing; in pain you will bring forth children, and your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.’”   God is speaking here to Eve, but in reality to her daughters. What God is saying to the women of that time and up to our days, is that populating the earth will no longer be this jubilant mission, carried out in synergy with their God. Women will feel abandoned by their husbands and by God, alone and deprived of the power to carry out their task. And since the need to unite with their man is now written in their spiritual genes, they will continue to seek their  “Lysh”—the spiritual partner to whom they belong—, but the intention will fail, since man and woman now stand on a natural ground. Instead of enhancing them, the union of marriage will too often result in women feeling used and dominated.

This short Bible passage provides a brilliant explanation to gender and marital frustrations and all that flows from it. And if we want to see it, we have lost that quality of life because we have let the devil steal it from us.

But what was God's intention, and what is the true nature of a wife ?

“He who finds a wife finds a good thing; it is a favour he obtains from the Lord.” Proverbs 18:22.

“Then the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept; and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof.”

Deep sleep speaks of hidden and unconscious activity—the fruit of our prayers, the action of God who works in us to will and to act, and who instructs us in dreams—, and the symbolism of the side brings us back to Christ, who himself stands at the side of the Father, and to his bride born from his pierced side. Doubtless many other elements are also suggested in this symbolism, such as the emotional side, the structure of the mind and the functioning of people.

“And the Lord God made the rib which he had taken from man (Adam) into a woman (Isha), and brought her unto the man. And the man said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman (Lysha), because she was taken out of man (Lysh).”

What Adam is saying here is that the companion that God has prepared for him is now a projection of his own person and his missing part, since God has made a kind of transfer. The one that God has brought before his eyes, fulfills his deepest expectations. This implies that the man has desired to enter into this adventure of the couple and that he has spoken to God about it beforehand. He has doubtless also addressed a song of love to his unknown beloved, in the secret of his prayer life as he walked and was singing to the stars. So that when God finally presents her to him, Adam immediately recognizes her as the one he desired and called into existence. Or perhaps even as the one God has already presented to him in a dream ! He then no longer speaks of himself using the generic term Adam, which means taken from the earth (adama), with also the idea of blood, but he says: "they will call her Lysha, because she was taken from Lysh". In this context, it is as if he were saying: They will call her Stephania because she was taken from Stephan, or Georgia because she was taken from George. A spiritual bond, individual and innate, now exists between these two creatures inseparable by nature. Later, when his wife conceives and gives birth to a man, Lysh now calls her Chavvah (Eve), a word which means Life. Eve will later say that she brought this child into the world with the help of the Lord, no doubt because she was able to transmit to him in turn the Life of the Spirit of God.

“Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife : and they shall become one flesh.”   (Genesis 2).

Jesus will answer the Pharisees who question him on the legitimacy of divorce :  “Have you not read in the Scriptures that at the beginning he created man male and female and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one.’ So they are no longer two but one. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.   Matthew 19:4-6.  Jesus' answer contains a very important nuance, because he also says: "Let those to whom it is given to understand, understand."

The spiritual man's couple represents a new creation. They are together to form a work team. Invigorating and encouraging to each other, each can also protect the other's rears from the spiritual attacks that will inevitably occur.

With the help of their God, they will be able to gradually reconquer the whole earth and subjugate it. When God asks them to dominate, it is not a question of dominating other men and plundering the resources of the earth ! God will take charge of subjugating men to his Christ, and he will do it in the background. But their mission is to repopulate the world by restoring it to the foundations of a divine harmony that for the moment only exists in Eden. We will see later that the means to implement this mission will escape them at a given time, because of what is called the fall of man, which consists of the loss of their status and their divine attributes.

But for now, equipped with the fruit producing trees of the garden—the divine vitaminized arsenal and the fruits of the Spirit—they make their first steps in this preserved world.

“Rejoice at all times in all that the Lord has for you. Yes, I say again, rejoice. Make yourselves known by your kindness to all men. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, praying and making supplication to God, with thanksgiving, present your requests to him. Then the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:4-7.

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.”   Galatians 5:22

“Therefore take up the whole armour of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth; having put on the breastplate of righteousness; and having shod your feet with the sanity of the gospel of peace; taking in all circumstances the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one; and take also the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”   Ephesians 6.

The destiny that opens up before these first "men" in the new sense of the term, is powerful and grandiose. But as you might expect, what is being built here does not please everyone. What follows foreshadows a struggle that has never ceased to tear the world and the Middle East apart.

Why has any initiative in favour of the reconstruction of Jerusalem and the Israeli state, always aroused so much hostility ?

Jerusalem is destroyed. But in 444 BC, with the support of Artaxerxes I, Nehemiah takes it to heart to rebuild its walls and restore its gates. They must build with weapons in hand, because three characters oppose their project with threats. They are Sanballat, the Horonite, Tobiah, the Ammonite servant, and Geshem, the Arab. More on these figures. What do these three characters represent ? They were governors of provinces in territories that the Israelites had once conquered after their crossing of the desert. We will only focus on the name Sanballat, "Sīn-uballiṭ", who was the Moon God of the Sumerians. Clearly, the struggle that is being organized around Jerusalem is not simply a story of men and their God. Other "gods" have some interests to defend in this fight. Nehemiah perseveres, and on the day they celebrate this reconstruction, the Scriptures are read before the assembly and the people weep and come together to rejoice and feast. They have overcome the paralysing fear that their enemies inspired in them and a new social freedom arose. They found faith and a community life again.

The Garden of Eden and the Fall.

Lucifer has his plan. God has placed them in a fenced garden. He cannot therefore corrupt these new men to win them over to his government. So he tries to poison them to destroy them. The life of the Spirit which is the strength of men is found in the word and in the promises that God has given them. Satan will subject them to doubt, in order to destroy their trust in God and substitute himself to him.

The lines in italics are quotes from the Bible. They are sometimes developed in another paragraph, by suggesting an understanding of the biblical text.

“Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” The woman said to the serpent,  “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’”   Genesis 3.

Serpent is a translation of the word Nahash, which is also translated as  “soothsayer” or  “shining one”. Why was the snake able to attack the woman so easily ? Shouldn't she have had her husband's protection ? One might ask.

"Then the serpent said to the woman, "Not at all ! You will not surely die ! Only God knows that in the day you eat from it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, deciding for yourselves what is good and what is evil. Then the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eyes, and desirable to make one wise. So she took some of it and ate it."

“She also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate.

Then the eyes of both of them were opened and they realized that they were naked. So they made themselves loincloths by sewing fig leaves together.

Their act of disobedience soon takes its toll. They have lost their innocence and their mutual trust. Their strength is gone.

Deprived of the Spirit that dwelt in them and of the glory that covered them like a garment, they now feel naked and vulnerable. They have lost immortality. They experience for the first time fear, and cowardice is the result from it.

“And it came to pass in the evening, that they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden. Then Adam and his wife hid themselves from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. But the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, Where are you ?”

“He answered, I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; so I hid myself.”

“God said, Who told you that you are naked ? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you not to eat ?”

“Adam answered, The woman whom you placed with me, she gave me some, and I ate.”

What ? You preferred the tiny fruit of an old and already dead knowledge, to the living, creative and constantly renewed knowledge to which I had invited you ? But who put this idea into your head ?

I suppose that is indeed what we have done. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.

My son, Adam. You have suffered this setback, and it is regrettable. But this does not give you the right not to get up again ! Know that we have placed great hopes in you. Only, you have willingly given yourselves to our enemy and now he has rights over you. He will ransom us. And you have also broken the immutable law of justice. Someone will have to pay for this crime and it will be you, unless we find a substitute. But we know that you are young and now helpless insofar as you are also separated from our presence in you. We had thought about this possibility a long time ago, and we had a solution.

… What do you say, my son Yeshua, do you feel ready to take on your mission ? Do you consider that these two are worth it ?

We'll have to see, beloved Father... But I would say that I like these two. They are touching and full of promise — and then, we had invested so much pain and passion to make them what they are, even if they still lack a character. So yes, I think we'll be able to do something with them and catch up with them in the long run. And I'm ready to offer them their chance in exchange for mine.

Let them continue their mission to the extent of their remaining possibilities, that is, by filling the earth with their children. And I will intervene according to your plan when the time comes, so that they can also subjugate it.

But you, Eve, why did you do this ? Do you even realize your lack of discernment and the betrayal that your attraction to this evil spirit represented towards me ?

You know, Yeshua. The serpent seduced me. He is clever and he knew how to tell me words that flattered me. But it was at your expense, I recognize that now.

The light I thought I saw actually obscured my understanding. I felt evil and death invade me. I was naive. It's true : I didn't give you the full trust and love you deserve, and that's probably also why I believed his lies. Please forgive me...

Yes, even though he was once my son, we know well that he is a liar and the father of lies, and we are not finished with him. For the sake of justice, we cannot simply get rid of him because you would suffer the same punishment. So, for him as for you too, Eve, life will have to go on.

But because of this incursion into things that were not meant for you and that have cost you the loss of your innocence, you, and all women after you, will undergo changes in your nature. Deprived of a holy intuition, it will now be much more difficult for you to be in harmony with your man and fulfilled in your role as conquering women and mothers. However, by fighting at my side, you will be able to progress and we will eventually defeat the serpent, because we have the same fight and justice is on our side.

“Then the Lord God said to the serpent, ‘Because you have done this, you are cursed above all livestock and above all wild animals; on your belly you will crawl and dust you will eat all your days. I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; She will crush your head, and you will bite her at the heel.’”

Men must leave Eden

The synergy between man and his God is broken. Eden is no more. Let us remember that Adam and Eve were not created in Eden, but were placed there for the purpose of their transformation. Here they are forced to re-enter the world from which they came, to return to the earth from which they were taken, and to endorse mortal bodies, even though they were at one time "from heaven." A harsh world where survival requires great effort and where their very life now depends on that of animals. Deprived of the ability to represent the image of God, God covers them with a substitute “animal” identity by giving them a “human face.”

“The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them. And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.” So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.”  Genesis 3:17-24.

“God said to Adam, ‘Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree I commanded you not to eat, cursed is the ground because of you. With pain you will eat from it all your days. Thorns and thistles it will produce for you, and you will eat from the fruit of the ground.

… In the sweat of your brow you will eat your bread, until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For you are dust, and to dust you shall return.”

Separated from God, fallen men multiply on the earth at the cost of hard work. They must face all kinds of threats, starting with the animosity that settles between them. For the undermining work of the serpent has continued in the background, and Abel is dead. His blood cries out from the earth to God and the earth that received it is now cursed. Cain now fears for his life, for he is not welcome among outsiders.

“Cain said to the Lord, “My punishment is more than I can bear. Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me. But the Lord said to him, “Not so; anyone who kills Cain will suffer vengeance seven times over.” Then the Lord put a mark on Cain so that no one who found him would kill him.”

“And Cain went away from following the Lord, and dwelt in the land of Nod, the land of Wandering, on the east of Eden, the land of Delight.”   Genesis 4:23-16

But Adam and Eve have other children. In reality, through Cain and Seth, two lineages with some almost identical names come from Adam and Eve. Cain's line will merge with the world and die out with the flood, and Seth's posterity will continue through Noah.

Men still live a very long time and some remember Eden or what their grandparents told them about it.

But those times of strength and carelessness in the Presence of God within a protected enclave are bygones.

Oral tradition and some writings survive. God continues to inspire those who are his prophets, including Noah. Upright men know that all is not lost but that God has a plan and that he will send them help at the time he has appointed.

The world is undergoing an ever expanding “tohu bohu”

But for now, since men are unable to exercise their dominion, sin is rampant and evil is spreading throughout the earth. God sees that all flesh has become corrupt.

The demons that have survived the previous destructions are prevalent, and men, weakened by sin, are easy prey for them. Once again, the giants appear and they tyrannize men. The race of men is contaminated and pure men are in decline.

The serpent does not want the seed of the woman to prosper. He creates his own seed by corrupting men on the level of a belonging and of convictions. And he also does it on a genetic basis, by means that we do not know, but on which today's scientists have great hopes. They strive to discover ways to stop the effects of sin that are aging, illness and death, by pursuing the myth of a fountain of youth. But we know that access to what God calls "the Tree of Life" will remain forbidden for as long as man has not been restored to God's original plan. Only then can we live indefinitely.

Babel

Then they said : "Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower whose top will reach to the sky, then our name will become famous and we will not be scattered throughout the whole earth."

The men of Earth now have a common project : That of establishing a unique religion in order to make a name and a reputation for themselves. They ally themselves with the fallen angels to take advantage of their knowledge and the supernatural powers that they put at their disposal. Religion is only a jumble of lies and occult rites, where lives are sacrificed and in particular babies and young virgin girls to satisfy the demons. It seems that these towers were a way of attracting the angels so that they have sexual relationships with the virgins so that they give them children. These children will be giants and some will be employed on their construction sites. There still remain today, everywhere in the world, some vestiges of these temples of megalomania aroused by satanic pride and whose gigantic construction elements are a complete enigma.

The Untold Origins of All Religions Video

The prophecies of the Bible about the end times warn us that Satan, cornered, will bring back to the surface to rally to a common cause, old rivals and personal enemies from those times, who for the moment are relegated to the dungeons of hell. Mention is made of the fearsome Apollyon, also called Abaddon. With him will resurface from the depths by the millions, demons who will spread over men as if they were an army of locusts, and who will make them suffer terribly.

Noah and the Flood

God sees all these things happening and he is disgusted. He regrets having made men. He cannot let this civilization take its course and he must intervene to preserve his creation.

The World before the Flood Video

Broken-hearted, God will erase everything. And he will do it by condensing the waters still present in large quantities in the atmosphere at that time, and which will fall in a sustained rain and drown the earth. At the same time, he will cause the underground waters to spring and the oceans to overflow. It is the flood, in which all earthly life will perish. But he saves the animals not genetically corrupted, and a remnant of men who have retained a semblance of integrity : Noah and his family. Modern humans all come from this family of eight people, a fact that seems to have been confirmed by recent genetic research.

Men make a new start on an earth to be rebuilt. But sin remains attached to the heart of man, and evil immaterial beings are still in this world. The new civilization becomes corrupted very quickly. It seems also that one of Noah's sons wife is a carrier of the genes of the giants, because these giants are soon found on the coast of what is now Palestine, the Land of the Philistines, as the spies sent by Joshua observed.

“The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward (after the flood), when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men that were of old, the men of renown.”  Genesis 6:4.

“The land we explored devours those living in it. All the people we saw there are of great size. We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.”  Numbers 13:32-33.

In Luke's Gospel, Jesus warns us that in the end of times, we will see a recurrence of what happened in Noah's time.

Abraham and Sarah

By bringing Abraham and Sarah out of their Mesopotamia, God raises up a new Adam and Eve to lead them in the conquest of a promised land, which will prove to be the entire Earth. A posterity as vast as the sand of the sea, for the moment non-existent, is promised to this already elderly couple, as a reward for their trust. Abraham believed in God and this faith was recognized as an act of justice, in the same way as a justice obtained by the putting into practice of the law and the commandments of God. Abraham is the father of the faith of all who believe in the promises of God, a faith which later, will allow the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. Abraham and Sarah were fallible people. Coming from Babylonian culture, they undoubtedly had to abandon many of their preconceptions during their walk with God. Abraham had neither the Bible nor the Torah and he did not have the ten commandments transmitted later by Moses. However, it is written that he was a friend of God. Considered a prince of God by those he met, he was also an intercessor and prayed regularly that others might be saved from the wrath and ruin that the moral decay of the people among whom they lived brought upon them.

During their long journey, God came regularly to converse and even dine with this righteous man and his wife. Their essential was in listening to God and in obeying the promises that God placed in their hearts, an obedience on which God's plan for the reconquest of the world was built, the last act of which would be played later by the Messiah. Their greatest error was to want to provoke the accomplishment of the promise that seemed to be slow in coming to them. By having a son by an Egyptian servant, Hagar—because Sarah seemed to be sterile—this son, Ishmael, who was taken in by "another" Elohim because of the blessing granted to Abraham and which could not be revoked, was going to feed a posterity devoted to the serpent, and this one has never ceased to create problems for the son obtained from the promise : Isaac, and for his descendants, until this day.

"For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. His son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a divine promise. These things are being taken figuratively : The women represent two covenants. One covenant is from Mount Sinai and bears children who are to be slaves : This is Hagar. Now Hagar stands for Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present city of Jerusalem, because she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother. For it is written :  “Be glad, barren woman, you who never bore a child; shout for joy and cry aloud, you who were never in labour; because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband.” Now you, brothers and sisters, like Isaac, are children of promise. At that time the son born according to the flesh persecuted the son born by the power of the Spirit. It is the same now. But what does Scripture say ? “Get rid of the slave woman and her son, for the slave woman’s son will never share in the inheritance with the free woman’s son.” Therefore, brothers and sisters, we are not children of the slave woman, but of the free woman.”   Galatians 4:22-31.

This double posterity is not only represented in these two sons and the two rival peoples who were born from them, but also by two alliances, the most recent of which came to replace the old.

What Paul is explaining here to the Galatians is that God cannot bring us to express the potential he has placed in us if we continue to serve him on a dead and servile basis, through religious practice which is also called the law. What he wants is to build with us a living relationship of faith, trust and friendship, as he did with Abraham.

“The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.”   1 Timothy 1:5.

The Alliances

The Hebrews had been able to flee from Egypt, but they took with them four hundred years of immersion in the religion and customs of the Egyptians. The law written by God on tablets of stone was brought by Moses. It was meant to straighten them out and allow them to live by severing them from their wrong concepts on God. Forty years of daily confrontation with this law would not be enough. But the prophet Jeremiah announced to them that in the future, God would make them live by a more sincere and deeper law that would emanate from their own hearts. Here is what he said :

"I will give them one heart. A new heart I will give you, and a new spirit I will put within you; I will remove the heart of stone from your body, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Ezekiel 11, Ezekiel 36.

As I heard someone say, the heart of the human problem is the problem of the human heart.

The People of the Book

The Hebrews have a very interesting history, but it is sometimes so repetitive in certain patterns that one wonders how it is possible. It is a sort of permanent hopping between devotion to the God of Abraham and Moses, and a return to the pagan divinities venerated in the surrounding countries. The worship of the latter is brought in particular by marriages with women taken from these populations. This worship weakens them considerably.

As a result, their enemies oppress them and are the stronger. So the Hebrews, suffering and tired of having the fruit of their labour snatched away, return to their God. Gideon pulls down the idols erected by his fathers to Asherah, a Canaanite deity, and God gives them a strategy by which he delivers them from the Midianite Arabs who oppress them. Interesting connection. Once delivered, they quickly forget the origin of this victory and fall back into idolatry. The Hebrew people's attachment to their scriptures is the only thing that distinguishes them from other nations, and they do well to remember it.

“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down yourself to them or serve them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, and showing mercy to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.” Exodus 20:2-6.

Hosea and Gomer

God asks his prophet Hosea to marry a sacred prostitute. Hosea obeys and soon has his heart trampled by this beautiful woman who, although he takes great care of her, still frequents her former lovers and shares with them the moments of happiness that she should devote to her husband. But Hosea loves Gomer. Despite her betrayals, he loves her as God loves his people. Forever. So he forgives her. He goes so far as to redeem her, because, in her debauchery, Gomer was sold as a slave.

The singular story of Hosea and Gomer illustrates well the pain that God feels when confronted to the constant betrayals that he suffers from Israel. God protects them, guides them and feeds them. He takes great care of this people that he has chosen among the nations and that he sometimes loves to the point of losing his mind. But his people do not understand. They do not recognize where their blessings, their freedom, their life come from. So when they go to thank the goddess Asherah, the Queen of Heaven, and the Baals, by giving them credit for all the gifts they received, God is in pain in his heart and he makes it clear to Hosea.

The book of Hosea ends with a tender lament in which Hosea restores Gomer in his trust by promising to love her always.

The promise of a Messiah

Yet the Hebrews are the people of the Book, that's their identity. Their God is the God who speaks to his people, as opposed to the dumb idols of the nations. He regularly sends them prophets to encourage them, to guide and exhort them. Great care is taken to pass on these writings from generation to generation, because these words make them live. And it is from them and from the writings of the apostles that our Bible is taken. These prophetic writings announce that in the course of time, God will send them a Messiah, a Saviour King. This king lowly at heart and humble in appearance will die for the nation. But the very inspiring prophecy of Isaiah 53, which announces in great detail the journey of the Messiah, says that God will give him an offspring and that he will have his share among a great people. This offspring is not carnal, but they are those who are born of his spirit.

«Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed ? He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.

We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. By oppression and judgment he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested ? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished. He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand. After he has suffered, he will see the light of life and be satisfied; by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. Therefore I will give him a portion among a great people, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.»

Jesus will say :

When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.  “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ — ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”  Matthew 25:31-40.

The New Covenant

The conquest of a promised land has established them in the country previously occupied by the giants. Now freed from the demands of war and the need to resort to God constantly, they settle down, and the law has become tradition. It is embellished by adding rule upon rule and precept upon precept. The disciples of the Lord are no longer satisfied with the hum of this tradition which keeps them captive to a religious system. They want something concrete. They want the approach of God. Then comes the day when the promise of Malachi must be fulfilled : "Remember the law of my servant Moses : I gave him in Horeb, for all Israel, statutes and ordinances. I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the land with destruction."

John attracts the crowds, but he does so in the wilderness, away from religious control. Jesus then shows the way to men by being baptised himself with the baptism of John, that of repentance, in the waters of the Jordan. By this sign, he shows that he agrees to renounce the advantages of the present life, before baptising men in his turn, but in the Holy Spirit who is the pledge of the new life.

“Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John. But John tried to deter him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?” Jesus replied, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John consented. As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.”  Matthew 3:13-16.

The baptism in the Holy Spirit is now announced, and it will represent the new covenant between God and men. In reality, through this baptism, men find the way back to the Father and to what they had lost in Eden. But before we can enter into this renewed relationship, Jesus will still have to open the way for us by offering his life for our redemption.

“But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel : After those days, declares the Lord, I will put my law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. No longer shall they teach their neighbour, and no longer shall they teach their brother, saying, Know the Lord : for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, declares the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”     Jeremiah 31:33-34

An encounter with a doctor of the law sheds light on what Jesus describes as being nothing less than a “new birth.” Through a comparison, Jesus explains to Nicodemus, a good and righteous man who diligently follows the teachings of his tradition, what is the difference between religious practice and the Life of the Spirit, and how the Spirit of God wishes to lead them : "The wind blows and you hear it, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit."

To be a son of God is not a title or a role, but it is a way of being and existing. It comes to us when we let ourselves be led by the Spirit, and it goes away just as easily when we grieve the Spirit by opposing his prompts with our religious principles and our own human will.

How can we know the will of God if we do not even know the Bible ? Jesus said : "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."   In one of his epistles, Peter reminds believers that he was present when the voice of God was heard during the transfiguration of Jesus. And yet he holds the word that the prophets left in their holy scriptures to be even more certain. A word from which many seem to turn away in order to devote themselves to listening to angels.

«For we did not follow cleverly devised stories when we told you about the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ in power, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty. He received honour and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.” We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain. We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.»  2 Peter 1:16-21.

The prophetic promise of Jeremiah 31 was fulfilled at Pentecost, when the Spirit of the resurrected and glorified Jesus was poured out by the Father on those present. And all began to speak in other tongues, glorifying Jesus and speaking boldly about the mysteries of God and his salvation for all men. About three thousand Israelites and pilgrims were convinced and joined the disciples that day.

Then some remarkable miracles began to happen through the hands of the apostles in Jerusalem. From then on the disciples were accompanied by God who confirmed the word they shared by working extraordinary miracles : healings, resurrections, significant dreams, opportunities to share the Gospel and persecutions, with even prison doors that opened by themselves ! to name a few.

But the Holy Spirit is not only given to men to give them a powerful testimony in the present world. Jesus gives us His Presence so that it makes us live forever ! Those who think that they do not need the Holy Spirit should perhaps think twice.

“Jesus said to Martha, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, even if he dies, will live; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this ?’”   John 11:25-26

And the third mission of the Holy Spirit which concerns us, consists of equipping us for and carrying us through the the new Exodus. The Israelites had eaten a lamb the day before their exodus from Egypt. This lamb prefigured the slain Christ. The Israelites had to have it consumed all before morning, while standing with their shoes on, staff in hand and their cloak tied around their waists. Likewise, Jesus invites us to be ready to go, by always being filled with the Holy Spirit. And how do we fill ourselves with the Holy Spirit ? By drawing each day from the Word of God. In the growing darkness that is taking over the world, the Spirit of God will guide us and sustain us. He will also be that ark of survival that will carry us when the time comes, beyond this world and its attacks, to a special place that God has prepared to shelter us.

“In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.”   John 14:2-3.

The dispensation of this new covenant is fiercely opposed by the serpent.

Religious Jews have settled into a way of conceiving the service of God that has become a profession for them and that makes them live. They do not want that to change. They make life difficult for Messianic Jews. This same spirit then wins over the Christian churches, and the "born again" Christians will be persecuted. Tradition reasserts itself, and the gods and rites of the pagan world can be reintegrated in a subtle way. Until Luther, the devout do not have access to the Scriptures to verify the validity of what they are taught.

The Gods of the Nations

The serpent is not short of imagination when it comes to diverting men from the authentic God. He has the particularity of being able to take on the identity he wishes. Depending on the opportunities, he can appear as a terrifying monster, or gain the trust of children by showing himself as an angel of light. And he can change into a man, a woman, at will and to better seduce. He even makes a religious ritual of it. He and his angelic accomplices constitute themselves as gods and goddesses to form a whole pantheon.

Now they want to annihilate the Father God, the God of love and the unique Creator, and to make us forget even the memory of him. He is replaced by terrible gods like Neptune, Saturn, Zeus or Jupiter, Bacchus, Odin. They try to tarnish his image by imputing to him all the crimes committed by men under the influence of the fallen angels. The male gods are warriors without a soul, thieves, revellers indulging in orgies. Men come from the same mold and all are discredited. This is the birth of matriarchal societies, of the Amazons and of feminism. The true God can only be a goddess, a goddess of love and fertility, a mother goddess, a future Queen of Heaven called to dethrone the unworthy God.

The fallen angels consolidate their hold on the nations of the world by instituting the cult or worship of this protective entity that will be their Queen of Heaven, the one they established in order to oppose her to God. Over the centuries, names such as Ishtar, Astarte or Astoreth, Semiramis, Inanna, Gaia, Pachamama, Cybele, Aphrodite, Diana, Demeter, Venus, the Madonna, the Virgin, Our Lady, and many others have appeared, all of which are regional variations of the same concept.

Who is the Queen of Heaven? A study on the subject.

This femme fatale is found all over the world. She adapts to local beliefs and takes on the identity that people want to give her.

Lucifer is not short of resources when it comes to clinging to his reign. Later, with the rise of Christianity, the cult of Diana and Aphrodite and all their retinue will fall, but religion will seize another icon, and this time from biblical history, to transmit to her this title of Queen of Heaven originally attributed to the virgin goddess Anahita whose name means "immaculate", and who presents to the world her son Mithra "the unconquered sun", a son born by chance on December 25, while Jesus seems to have been born in another period of the year. The tutelary gods are back and they settle under the identity of the characters of religion : the clergy, the saints, Jesus and the Virgin.

Also by chance, this is a concept originating from Persia, present-day Iran. Now the Bible warns us three thousand years ago, in the book of the prophet Daniel, that an angelic leader whom it calls "the Prince of Persia" or the "Sar Paras", appeared to resist the angel who watches over the integrity of Israel, and who is a Christ-like figure to it.

Daniel is a Jew deported to Babylon. He finally receives from the Messianic Angel a detailed revelation of this war of the kingdoms of the Earth. A prophecy that we can read in the following chapters of the book of Daniel, and which also concerns our time until the advent of the Messiah.

Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the prince of the Persian kingdom (Sar Paras) resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.”   Daniel 10:12-14.

Is the  “Sar Paras” the angel who took Ishmael under his wing ? It is likely. This is what was promised to Hagar : “Then Malach Hashem—the angel who reigns—said to her, ‘Behold, you are with child and will bear a son, and you shall call his name Ishmael; for the Lord has heard your affliction. He will be like a wild donkey; his hand will be against everyone, and everyone’s hand will be against him; and he will dwell in the presence of all his brothers.’” Genesis 16:11-12. Ishmael was Isaac’s half-brother. Proverbs 18:19 says, “Brothers are more intractable than a fortified city, and their quarrels are like the bars of a palace.”

The Apostasy

“Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.   2 Timothy 4:2-4.

Apostasia is a Greek word that means to depart from, to desert, to divorce. It is found in 2 Thessalonians 3 : "Let no man deceive you by any means : for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away (apostasy) first (before the rapture of believers), and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition (the Antichrist)."   The Christian religion has now bifurcated from its origins. It has been severed from its root and grafted on another one. Even if some passages of the scriptures are still read to the faithful, the Bible is being manipulated. A counterfeit cult is practiced, a cult dedicated to another spirit.

The rites of the church and those of religions in general are not what we think. The symbolism has been diverted and people submit to them in good faith, without knowing what they are pledging allegiance to or what threats they are exposing their children to.

Some people have been dedicated to the Virgin according to a rite of their church. This rite has given access to one or more demonic spirits. Those who have witnessed a deliverance from this type of demon know that they are dreadful. Once delivered, the person is often healed and freed from mental health and behavioural problems, such as a form of schizophrenia for example. Certain illnesses, or depressive states, can also disappear after a deliverance.

This dedication to pagan deities is even more widespread in other cultures, where religion is openly demonic. In our countries, it is still quite common to give a child the name of a spiritual entity, without us having a good idea of what this represents in terms of spiritual heritage for the child and for his parents.

The Communion

The sacrament of the Eucharist and the consecrated hosts appeared in the 7th century, when monastic religious circles integrated communion into their liturgical services. At the beginning of the Christian era, the disciples shared bread simply among themselves in their homes. The bread that Jesus shared with his apostles had been prepared for Easter, it was unleavened bread without yeast. Through circumcision, which consists of discovering what is hidden, and through unleavened bread, a bread without fermentation, God had made the Jews understand that they had to move away from hypocrisy. Jesus said : "Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy." Paul will say that the true Jew is not the one who is circumcised in his flesh, but he who is circumcised in heart. Communion is an act of transparency between the disciples and their Lord. This is why it must not be taken unworthily. The power of communion is in this communion of spirit between the members of the church and their Lord. But by introducing transubstantiation and consecrated hosts, the meaning of communion has been shifted to a very different meaning. Now a priest must consecrate the hosts, whereas Jesus had raised us all to the rank of priests, and each one can now obtain his little piece of God without there being any question of a spiritual communion with all. There would be much to say on this subject and on the origin of this transubstantiation.

Religious Feasts

Easter is originally the feast of the “passage out of Egypt,” and Jesus told us to celebrate it until he comes. Paul says,  “For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.” Meaning, he comes for us—as Moses came for the Israelites that night, to take them out of Egypt. Jesus comes, at first, not to settle here, but to take us out of the world.

But in the West, the meaning of Easter has been changed so that for Christians it becomes the feast of Jesus’ resurrection. However, the English term Easter is derived from the Saxon spring festival dedicated to Ēostre or Āsteron, the goddess of spring. Eggs were decorated, symbolizing life, and rabbits were offered to suggest fertility. They made small round biscuits, supposed to represent the body of Tammuz, son of Āsteron or Ishtar, the Queen of Heaven — a son who died and was resurrected every day, like the unconquered sun. At the end of winter, they imposed forty days of abstinence before the arrival of spring, to then indulge in wild bacchanals where debauchery was supposed to produce babies that would be sacrificed at the end of the year to the tutelary gods. And this is where our Easter and Lent come from, probably Mardi Gras and perhaps All Saints' Day and Christmas too.

The rite of offering children to Moloch was widespread in the past. This rite was supposed to promote harvests and foster the renewal of life. In biblical times, children were sacrificed by placing them on the arms of a metal statue of the demon, which had previously been heated to white-hot. Drums covered the cries of the babies. This is one of the detestable practices that led to the eradication of some of the Canaanite populations. Today, this rite is perpetuated in a hidden form, notably by the millions of abortions that take place discreetly, but not only. How can we not think of the children who are used as a human shield to protect terrorist activities, or those who continue to be sacrificed for perverse or ritual purposes. The blood of innocent children weighs very heavily in the scales of God's justice. However, even without the issue of death or religion, children—and young people—are sacrificed every day, devoting them to worldly objectives and diverting them in one way or another from the knowledge of the true God.

We will not discuss it here, but all the seasonal festivals that are celebrated in the world, even those that have a Christian connotation like Christmas, are diverted to celebrate what is not God. Should we not participate in it ? "To the pure all things are pure; but to the impure and unbelieving nothing is pure, for their minds and consciences are marked by impurity. They claim to know God, but their actions prove otherwise," Paul said to Titus.

The Worship of the Virgin…

Anahita, Astarte or Mary ?

“Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty-five years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Hephzibah. He did evil in the sight of the Lord, according to the abominations of the nations whom the Lord had cast out before the children of Israel. He rebuilt the high places that Hezekiah his father had destroyed, and he set up altars for Baal, and made an Asherah like unto all the host of heaven, as Ahab king of Israel had done. He bowed down to all the host of heaven, and served them.…”

What is this cult denounced by the author of 2 Kings 21, and what is the meaning of the words :  “… the host of heaven” ? If we refer to the context of this passage, we could translate this expression as  “the warriors of the invisible world.” But for whom, or against whom, do these warriors fight ? Paul says in Ephesians 6:11-18,  “Put on the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against all the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the powers, against the authorities, against the powers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in the heavenly realms.” This worship is directed to the ancient deities who are personified by the fallen angels.

“He built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of the Lord. He made his son pass through the fire; he observed clouds and serpents (Nahash) and used witchcraft, and dealt with a familiar spirit, and he appointed wizards and soothsayers. He did more and more evil in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger. He put the Asherah that he had made, in the house of which the Lord had said to David and to Solomon his son, “In this house and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put my name forever.”

This edifying passage from 2 Kings 21 describes the foolish attitude of a backslidden king, who instead of promoting the particularity of Israel, adopts the customs of the Canaanite nations—the same nations that God had driven out before Israel to establish it on their territory. Until then, the worship of the Queen of Heaven was marginal and was practiced in parallel with the worship of the God of Israel. But Manasseh comes to establish this idol, with all his retinue, in the very temple of God. As we have said, Satan only imitates the things that God puts in place, in order to usurp his position and turn believers away from him.

The veneration of the Virgin is far from being a deviance without consequences in the eyes of God. The cult appears in Israel, promoted in particular by Queen Jezebel, who was a Phoenician princess, daughter of Ithobaal, king of Tyre and priest of Baal and the goddess Astarte. Under her influence, the country was soon turned upside down. Jezebel killed the prophets of God and established the cult of Mesopotamian gods Baal and Astarte. And the same thing happened in Europe under the reign of the Catholic kings and queens. Elijah the prophet had intervened. He prayed fervently for a drought, and it lasted three years. For the Kingdom of Israel, it was a long and terrible ordeal. The Book of Revelation announces very similar things for our time. In chapter 44 of the book of Jeremiah, the prophet confronts an entire people by telling them that the great misfortunes they are experiencing are a direct consequence of their incense to the Queen of Heaven. But the Israelites are convinced of the opposite, and they redouble their efforts in the veneration of their protective entity. Their country will be ravaged and they will be deported… to Babylon.

To the Church in Thyatira

It is sometimes thought that the veneration of the Virgin in Christian churches is something completely different from what happened in ancient times in Israel and elsewhere. The face of the character has evolved into something more actual, but the substance remains the same. Jesus was obviously very aware of this practice. A situation is reported to us in the Gospel of Luke, 11:27-28.

“While Jesus was speaking these things, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to him, ‘Blessed is the womb that bore you ! Blessed are the breasts that nursed you !’ And he answered and said, ‘Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it !’”

This situation reminds us of a brave Italian "nonna" who is a bit of a bigot, praising the Madonna. And indeed, that is what happens. Except that here, it is probably a Jewish woman and the Madonna in question has another name: Asherah or Astarte. What we must understand from this story is that what is reported to us in this text, is a demonic manifestation. This cry comes out in reaction to the fact that Jesus has just denounced the presence of impure spirits, saying that they seek a place to dwell among men, and that they will inevitably invade the "house" of anyone who seeks a religious experience but has not invited the true God to live there permanently. Jesus is not fooled and he responds appropriately.

The song of Mary is a wonderful expression of prophetic faith. But the interpretation that has been given to it and on which the dogma related to Mary has been built, is much less "prophetic." "And a sword will pierce through your own soul, so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed." Elsewhere there is reference to a sword coming out of Jesus' mouth, for such is his word.

Jesus firmly opposes these practices. He also mentions it with threats in the letter he dictates to John for the Christian church of Thyatira, the Turkish city of Akhisar. This letter was written in the 1st century AD.

"To the angel of the church in Thyatira write : These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and whose feet are like fine brass : I know your works, and charity, and faith, and service, and patience, and that the last works are more than the first. But I have a few things against you, because you suffer that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication and to eat things sacrificed to idols. And I gave her space to repent, and she would not repent of her fornication. Behold, I will cast her (the church) into a bed, and those who commit adultery with her (the idol of Jezebel) into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches will know that I am he which searches the reins and hearts, and I will reward each of you according to your deeds. But to you, and to all the rest in Thyatira, who do not have this doctrine, and have not known the depths of Satan, as they call them, I say to you, I will lay no other burden on you. Revelation 2:18-24.

Jesus himself, in the words he dictates to John for the angels of the seven churches, firmly opposes what he recognizes as the spirit of Jezebel, this Jezebel who had introduced the cult of Astarte in Israel, a spirit that from the first century will infiltrate the church and lead it into what he judges to be an adulterous relationship with other divinities. Jesus recognizes in one church in particular undeniable qualities. But he also knows what Satan's intentions were when he seduced it : Satan is a liar, a thief and a murderer. By getting hold of the spirit of the church of Thyatira, Satan destroys the Christian witness. The church will weaken and will have to bear the consequences of its infidelity by receiving the pains and sufferings inflicted on it by Satan. Satan makes "her children die a spiritual death." The death of a child is always a difficult ordeal for a mother. Did not the mother of Jesus go through this experience ? These sufferings then become in the minds of believers, a form of virtue : there comes the dolorism, and the circle is complete. However, the sword that was to pierce her soul was supposed to make her understand that the soul does not lead the battles of God. It is in the spirit that we win victories. Without an awareness and an immediate renunciation of these practices, it will happen that the dragon will turn against the one who nourished him, "will strip her naked and eat her flesh." Revelation 17:16. The unfaithful church will be torn to pieces by the world.

In a prophecy of Daniel later taken up by Jesus, the Bible announces that this imposture will take an even more revolting form under the reign of the Antichrist, a reign during which Satan, through the Antichrist, will desecrate the temple by proclaiming himself God. The omen will announce the imminent return of the victorious Christ. Our bodies are also the temples of God, and Satan will seek by all possible means to "mark" us, to defile us and make us lose our integrity in order to appropriate our persons. Let us be vigilant.

The Trinity

We have mentioned Ishtar and her son Mithra, and we could also have mentioned Isis and her son Horus, or other identities carrying similar concepts, known in different parts of the world. The devilish world also has a form of trinity, which is represented by Horus, Isis and Osiris (father, mother and son).

When the Bible mentions a Queen of Heaven, it is under the names of Ashera or Astarte and it is to denounce a pagan divinity against which Israel must continually be on guard, a goddess to whom, mainly women, offer their prayers and small intentions, and who is generally associated with her minions who are the Baal, the lords guardians of the doors and of tradition.

The Biblical Trinity is a very different concept. In no way is it God the Father, his wife Mary or Miriam, the Mother of God and Queen of Heaven, and their son Jesus Christ, as illustrated above. Mary was indeed the mother of the Son of God and she gave him flesh in a virgin birth. This pregnancy was a great miracle in itself. But the divine nature of Jesus was not communicated to him by his mother, and the reverse is also true. Mary was a woman marked by sin, like us. Yet, by usurping Mary's identity, Satan devised a subtle plan that served to propel the figure of the Virgin into the sphere of Christian divinity. This plan was not intended to make Mary something she is not, but it would allow the devil, by assuming this identity, to usurp the place of God in the minds of believers—those who introduced the Queen of Heaven into the Christian religion. Sometimes the cruder the lie, the more people believed it. The poor people still imbued with their pagan customs, locked in their tradition and without access to the Scriptures, could not see the deception.

A common tactic of Satan is to imitate or counterfeit the things of God, in order to give himself the illusion that he is like God. The Book of Revelation speaks extensively of an "unholy trinity" consisting of the dragon, Satan : the shadow that gives the trio its strength; the Antichrist : the prominent figure or group that governs; and the false prophet : the spirit that deceives and seduces men. All emanate from the dragon, but the manifestations are diverse.

The world's systems either secular or religious model themselves on the Baal organization chart, which represents the invisible aspect of the fasces of power.  “But you, do not be called ‘Master,’ for there is only one Master for you, and you are all brothers. Neither call anyone here below ‘Father,’ for there is only one Father for you, the Father in heaven. Neither be called rulers, for there is only one Ruler for you, the Christ,”   Jesus says in Matthew 23:8-10.

The biblical Trinity, the one that Satan copies to lead the world to its end, is not a family of gods, but is God manifesting himself in three distinct aspects : the Father of Lights from whom all good things come; the Son who is the Word of God, himself the Light of the World and who accomplishes the will of the Father, because for him are all things; and the Holy Spirit who makes the link between God Father and Son, and men. Moreover, the word trinity does not appear in the Bible, but it was formed by the fathers of the church to describe a God present in heaven, and who walked in human form before pouring out his Spirit on Earth, to finally fill all in all.

Israel, Light to the Nations

Yet we know that if a title of Queen of Heaven were to be attributed, it would go to the bride of Christ, the one he has seated at his side in the heavenly places and who is called to reign with him for eternity. This title does not belong to a single person. Because the bride is perhaps you and perhaps me, it is in reality the people of believers, Jews and Christians alike. Of these two peoples, Jesus made only one, explains the Bible. This people from the lineage of Israel but also from all the nations and peoples of the earth, is no longer called Israel or the Church, but is now the Bride. The Bride is the group of those who allowed the Messiah of Israel to redeem them, and on whom he poured out his Spirit so that they are one with him. Together they will reign over the world for eternity. And so it is Israel and it is the disciples that Christ grafted onto the trunk of Israel, who are represented by the woman described as having the moon under her feet, and a crown formed of twelve stars around her head, who are the tribes of Israel. And that is something that the devil does not like to be reminded of…

“A great sign appeared in heaven : a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was about to give birth to a child, and the pains of childbirth made her cry out in pain. Another sign appeared in heaven : a huge fiery red dragon with seven heads and ten horns, and a crown on each head. With its tail it swept away a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth. It stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that it could devour her child as soon as it was born. The woman gave birth to a son, who would rule all peoples with an iron rule. The child was immediately caught up to God and to his throne.”   Revelation 12.

The symbolism described in Revelation 12, which some wrongly relate to the Virgin, first appears in Genesis 37:9-11. This is the story in which young Joseph tells his family about a dream he had during the night : "Behold, I saw the sun, the moon, and eleven stars bowing down to me." This is not Joseph's first dream of this kind, and his father Jacob, who is also Israel, immediately understands the meaning of the symbols : "Shall we, your mother, and your brothers come and bow down to the earth before you ?"   The luminaries in Joseph's dream represent Joseph's parents : his father, his mother, and their ancestors back to Abraham. And the eleven stars are eleven sons of Jacob of whom Joseph is the twelfth, who will later become the twelve tribes of Israel. The circumstances announced by this dream escape them, but the idea that this dream conveys will arouse a strong hatred against Joseph. These circumstances will however come to pass when Joseph, sold into slavery by his jealous brothers, will be elevated to the rank of prime minister in a distant country : Egypt, a country to which his family will have to go during a famine to obtain from Joseph himself, the food that will save their lives.

The woman pursued by the dragon in Revelation 12 is therefore the people of Israel - of which the authentic mother of Jesus is a part. Let us also recall that in another dream, another Joseph, Jesus' adoptive father, and his wife Mary, were warned that they had to flee to Egypt to allow their child to escape the murderous wrath of Herod, a situation which also foreshadows future events.

The sun in this vision represents the Son of God, to whom Israel and all creation belong. The moon is now placed under the woman's feet. This is no longer the moon in Joseph's dream, representing Rebecca, Israel's wife. But the moon now signifies Saturn, the god of death and the underworld, also called Chronos or the master of time. Biblical symbolism teaches us that man must extricate himself from his earthly origins to become born of Christ, in order to dominate the world and regain his status as a son of God. "He must separate himself from his  “father and mother” and cling to his  “spouse” who, in the spiritual sense, is Christ. Under the reign of Christ, the last enemy that will be defeated is death. The woman in Revelation 12 is Israel. Israel from which the Messiah comes according to the flesh, while he is the son of God according to the Spirit. This people born of him and married to him in this way, is called to reconquer creation for God with the assistance of their Messiah. In a broader sense, this woman also represents the spiritual matrix that God has established, and from which the saints of all ages and horizons have come.

“And they sang a new song, saying, You are worthy to take the book, and to open its seals; for you were slain, and have redeemed to God by your blood men out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God : and they shall reign on the earth.”   Revelation 5:9-10.

Death cannot hold the Prince of Life. After setting the captives of the abode of the dead free, Jesus rises again and is taken up to heaven, to the throne of God, where he brings irrefutable proof of the act of justice he has performed in our behalf. The court decision has been made : The old dragon, the one who deceived the inhabitants of the earth, can now be banished from the council of God. He is thrown down to earth where his sphere of influence and of activity is reduced accordingly.

Forced to his last resources and unable to prevent the one he considers his mortal enemy from engendering this new race of men—those who have received the Spirit of God through the Messiah Yeshua—the dragon focuses his fight on the posterity of this enigmatic woman who continues to give birth to sons and daughters for God, and whose identity we now know.

Let us recall the mission that God gave to Adam and Eve and their descendants: to subdue creation by dominating over the animals and over everything that crawl on the earth. One expression, "the reptilians," describes the evil beings that descended from the serpent, and are not animals. God classifies in this category of the serpent, or dragon, and their "seed," the angelic beings who have usurped his identity to appropriate creation, as well as the human and animal posterity that they have engendered. God cursed the "serpent" and condemned him to crawl on the earth. Once a covering cherub—an angelic being of high rank and with access to heaven—he was deposed as a result of his betrayal and reduced to the rank of demons. He is now "prince of the power of the air" or of the wind. Far from being harmless, he only has however the power that men are willing to grant him. From then on, this angel, condemned to wander on the earthly sphere, had no obsession other than to be able to regain a place in heaven. By placing themselves under his benevolent protection, the worshipers of Ishtar, and later the Christians, offered him the momentary illusion of having regained a little of his former status. But rejected, he will, as we will see later, directly attack the woman whose identity he has usurped.

The Mission of the People of Israel

“When the Jews saw so many people, they were filled with jealousy and began to contradict and revile Paul. Then Paul and Barnabas spoke to them with all boldness, “It was necessary that the word of God should have been spoken to you first. But since you refuse and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we turn to the Gentiles. For the Lord has well appointed us when he said, ‘I have appointed you to be a light to the Gentiles and to bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’ When the Gentiles heard this, they were filled with joy and began to praise God for his word, and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.”   Acts 13:45-48.

This is a very great enigma. It is as if at a given moment, the mission of Israel stops, to be continued by the pagan world. The Christian world has also deduced that God had rejected Israel and that he would have substituted the church for it for the rest of time. And we can envisage this when we see how things then unfolded, with the annihilation of Israel, in which the Romans participated, and the establishment of a new Jerusalem… in Rome.

Yet, nothing is further from the truth. As we now know, Satan counterfeits what God creates, but to take it in another direction. It is true, the Jewish nation was not ready to welcome their Messiah. The fault into which the Jews fell is very well depicted in the parable of the tenants, to whom a man had rented his vineyard. But who, instead of giving him an account of it, seized it for themselves. God had entrusted them with a law so that they would produce enough to quench the thirst of the nations. But once satisfied, these tenants kept the vineyard for themselves and refused to share it's yield with the owner, even going so far as to kill his son, the heir. The religious Jews had made their religion their god, and they are far from being the only ones to have done so. Having withdrawn into themselves, it was then the pagans who came to seek the truth in Israel. The Romans had invaded it. I heard Brother Andrew, the famous smuggler of God, say many years ago : "If we do not evangelize the Muslim world now, while the doors are still open, the Muslims will soon come and invade our countries to seek the Gospel." And he was not wrong. In the meantime, the misguided Muslims have become radical Islamists, and the situation has hardened.

God always turns over the devil's moves to his advantage. So the pagans came to snatch from them the jewel that Israel did not want, but that Israel was not ready to give up to the world. To say how deeply rooted this bias was, in Acts 10, Simon Peter has a vision. He then relates : "While I was in Joppa," he says, "I was praying, when I fell into a trance and had a vision : a sort of large cloth, held at the four corners, came down from heaven and came very close to me. I looked carefully at what was inside and I saw quadrupeds, wild animals, reptiles and birds. Then I heard a voice saying to me : "Rise, Peter, kill these beasts and eat them." But I answered : "Oh ! no, Lord, for never in my life have I eaten anything common or impure. » The heavenly voice spoke a second time : "What God has declared clean, do not call it unclean to you." He then explains that through this vision, he was able to understand that God was sending him to give to the foreign nations a gospel accompanied with the Holy Spirit, to which they also had a right. What seems obvious to us today, did not please the Jews of Jesus' time at all. They did not want the Gospel of Jesus, but knowing that this message had now gone out to the world made them furious. It would turn out however that in the hands of the pagans, this Gospel would very quickly be weaned from its Jewish roots and grafted onto the Babylonian trunk of our Western culture. We understand of course that Satan is behind all these shenanigans.

What hope is there for Israel ?

The Jew Saul of Tarsus, known to us as the apostle Paul, speaks at length about the mission of the Jews to evangelize the world in order to bring this light that they had received to the nations. In a way, the contract was fulfilled since it was essentially Jews, disciples of Jesus, himself a Jew, who brought the Gospel of the Kingdom to the whole world. But to the great sadness of Paul and that of Jesus before him, the nation of Israel did not take part in this blessing. Paul is grieved for his people. However, he says in Romans 11:12 :  But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their full inclusion bring !” Paul knew that a radical change would take place within the Israeli people when their eyes were opened. Paul could speak of it because that is exactly what had happened to him. From persecutor of the first disciples of Christ, he had become the most fervent defender of this Gospel.

In the future, the Israelis will become a pioneer nation in the restoration of biblical values throughout a world to be rebuilt. And their Gospel, received, lived and shared with their Messiah, will have an unheard-of force and dimension, next to which the syncretic gospel that favoured the empire and devalued Israel, will have to be quickly forgotten. And we already see the beginnings of this new outpouring among the Messianic Jews. The divine realities hidden within God's people have not yet been able to come to light because of the situation. But God will soon reveal the authentic sons of God to the entire Creation, with the world awaiting this revelation with great anticipation.

What is the true identity of Israel ?

Israel adopted a star with obscure origins. The star that represents it today was associated, it seems, from the moment they left Egypt, with the God Remphan, who is Saturn. "In the wilderness you carried the tent of Moloch and the star of the god Remphan" (Acts 7:43). But some say it is not. Elsewhere this star was considered an occult symbol. Hitler, this man possessed by the devil, used this star to "mark" those he hated and whom he destined for the extermination camps. The fact that Israel made it the symbol of its freedom and the alliances between its tribes, leaves some perplexed. What were the arguments in favour of this choice ?

“In that day the Lord will stretch out his hand the second time to redeem the remnant of his people who are scattered in Assyria and Egypt, in Pathros and Ethiopia, in Elam, in Shinar and Hamath, and in the islands of the sea. He will set up a banner for the nations, and will gather the outcasts of Israel, and will gather the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.”   Isaiah 11:11-12.

It has been assumed that what is translated here as banner or "standard", in this passage from Isaiah, is the "Maguen David", the six-pointed star said  “of David”. But King David's personal seal was not a star, but rather a shepherd's staff and bag. His son, King Solomon, used a five-pointed star for his personal seal, but we know that this man became a backslider and gave way to the worship of idols because of his too many conquests.

This is probably a secular choice, and there is nothing to blame in using an earthly symbol in a secular world. The number six is a number of man, and it is associated with the Antichrist whose number is six, six, six. The two inverted triangles can evoke Psalm 2 and the alliance of those "who have joined forces against God and against his anointed", or the alliance of men with the Elohim—the Elohim in this context being the fallen angels.

What symbol did Jesus identify to ? Was it not the twelve tribes of Israel and his twelve apostles ? How will he see things when he comes ? Paul says that when knowledge is complete, what is in part will disappear. We will probably no longer need any symbol by then since the reality will be there, before our eyes. But some guesses in the meantime, perhaps a breastplate with the twelve precious stones representing the families of men ? Or the square city decorated with the twelve gates of the new Jerusalem ? … A four-faced cherub ? Or if the desire came to take back this flag from the European Roman usurper... a woman wearing a crown of twelve stars with a sun in its centre ?

The Mission of the Messiah

Joseph sold by his brothers is also a precursor of Christ, sold to the power of the religious for thirty silver coins, to be delivered to the Romans for his execution and to die for his nation, as prophesied by Caiaphas, the high priest on duty. (John 11:50). But behind these painful events, God also has a plan of redemption for his people. As through Joseph, God saved not only the family of Israel, but also Egypt and the surrounding nations, God, through Jesus, redeemed Eve and all her descendants.

“Jesus said to her, ‘Miriam !’ She turned and said to him in Hebrew, ‘Rhabbouni !’ that is, ‘My dear master !’”

“Jesus said to her, Do not touch me, for I have not yet ascended to my Father. But go to my brothers and tell them that I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God. Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord and that he had spoken these things to her.”   John 20:16-18.

We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. No, we declare God’s wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. However, as it is written : “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him—these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.”   Paul, in 1 Corinthians 2:6-8.

Where did Jesus and the man crucified with him go after they died ?

The Nature of Satan's Warfare

Jesus knew that he was the Son of God, the atoning sacrifice, and the Messiah of Israel. If he had simply expressed his charisma as a leader, he could have become the undisputed leader of the world, for he had thousands of heavenly angels ready to intervene. This would have been a wise move according to human wisdom, and the devil reminded him of this time and again. For from Adam and Eve, through Jesus, and down to us, Satan has fought us through thought and suggestion. He tempts us in this way, and if we yield, he then directs us by directing our thoughts in this way or that, so that we are ultimately locked in a kind of fortress of bias and learned behaviour. We can only come out of it by allowing the Word of God to wash our mind, so that we can reorganize our thought patterns by using our will to renew our actions—this is conversion. And then the Spirit of God can indwell us and regenerate us into a new birth.

Jesus had to endure many of our temptations, and others that most of us will never be subjected to.

“Then Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, where he was tempted by the devil for forty days. And he ate nothing in those days; and when they were ended, he was hungry. The devil said to him, If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread. Jesus answered and said to him, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone. Then the devil, having taken him up, showed him all the kingdoms of the earth in a moment of time, and said to him, All this power will I give you, and the glory of them; for it is given to me, and I give it to whomever I will. If you therefore worship me, it shall be all yours. Jesus answered and said to him, It is written, You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.”   Luke 4.

“Then the devil took him to Jerusalem and set him on the highest point of the temple, saying, If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down from here, for it is written, ‘He will give his angels charge over you, to watch over you.’ And again, ‘They will bear you up in their hands, so that you do not strike your foot against a stone.’ Jesus answered, ‘It is also written, ‘You shall not force the Lord your God to give you power.’ And when the devil had finished testing him with all kinds of temptations, he departed from him until an acceptable time.”   Luke 4.

If Jesus remains subject to the entire revealed Word of God, how much more should we conform to it so as not to be led astray by our carnal thoughts fuelled by the devil. He will know how to use even Bible verses taken out of context to comfort us and make us deviate from our trajectory.

Satan returned to the charge at the wedding in Cana. His mother suggested that Jesus demonstrate his divine powers. “Listen,” Jesus answered her, “is this a matter between you and me ? My hour has not yet come.”   John 2:4. However, Jesus gave in and offered them plenty of good wine. The people were seduced. But a few days later, Jesus was angry and overturned the tables of the merchants in the temple and made enemies of them.  “The people said to him, ‘What sign will you show us now that you have done this ?’”  “While Jesus was staying in Jerusalem at the Passover, many people believed in him when they saw the signs he was performing. But Jesus did not trust them, for he knew them all very well. Indeed, he did not need anyone to tell him anything about men, because he knew their hearts.”   Jesus actually knew that the people who believed in Him because of these miracles would be the same people who would demand that He be crucified.

What did Mary say ?

And when, later, Jesus announces to his disciples that he is going to be crucified, Satan tries once again to divert him from his mission. And he does so through the privileged friendship that Peter has with him. Peter, still excited by the fact of having had the audacity to walk on water with Jesus, lets his impulsive Reubenite character express and says to Jesus with the attitude of a protective older brother :

"God forbid, Master, this will not happen to you". But Jesus answers him immediately and in a much more direct manner than with his mother : "Get behind me, Satan ! for you do not understand the things of God, but only human thoughts." Mark 8:33.

The Final Arm Wrestling

But why does Jesus rebuke his mother, and later Peter, so harshly, when they seem to have noble intentions ? It is clear that Jesus is not indifferent to their suggestions. They must have crossed his mind before, and he may have struggled to get rid of them. The Bible says that like us, he was tempted in all things, so that having resisted he might now be able to bear us in our temptations.

Paul gives us an explanation of this conflict when he writes to the Galatians : "For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want." Galatians 5:17.

And old Simeon had prophesied about the child Jesus and Mary, in Luke 2 : "This child is destined to bring about the fall and rise of many in Israel and to become a sign that will provoke contradiction. A sword will pierce through your own soul. Thus the thoughts of many hearts will be revealed." Elsewhere there is reference to a sword coming out of Jesus' mouth, for that is his word.

And is this not what we see manifesting in the Christian world : a conflict between the good humanist intentions that make us aim for a more tolerant and peaceful world, and the truth of the biblical prophecies that announce to us that the whole world must be subject to Christ? Jesus had promised us glory, for a world to come. And for the present time, the joy of knowing that we are accompanied by God with sufferings and persecutions. "You will crush his head, but he will bite you at the heel." The victory of the woman over the serpent is at this price.

Satan must once again resolve to wait for a more favourable moment. The supreme opportunity will present itself in Gethsemane, when the dilemma becomes so insistent that Jesus sweats drops of blood. Then later, the thief crucified at his side will say to him : "But what are you waiting for, save yourself and save us !"   Jesus resists and Satan is distraught. But what were Satan's motives and why did he want to corner Jesus to force him to make a bad decision ? Had things gotten out of hand at some point ? You may know the story of what happened to Judas after he betrayed his master. Judas was in total despair because things had not turned out the way he had hoped. Judas—and Satan inhabited Judas, we are told—expected from this confrontation with power that Jesus would reveal himself to the world as the Messiah, the Lord of War and the deliverer of Israel.

But to the great despair of the angels of evil, Jesus had undermined their plan by remaining as mute as a lamb before his executioners. He had allowed himself to be put to death without putting up any resistance, and the unexpected turn of events represented the greatest defeat suffered by Satan in his history. Satan bit Christ on the heel, but he bit the dust, and Christ crushed his head. In the spirit world, things are not always what they seem to be before our eyes.

Was this a kind of chess game between the demonic forces and the Council of God ? Who would make the wrong decision that would allow his adversary to strike the fatal blow ? In reality, God had an unstoppable plan, but he needed to be able to count on the free and willing commitment of his Son. By confronting Jesus, the son of God, with the prospect of an atrocious and totally unjustified death, Satan hoped to force the Messiah to play his all, by revealing a flaw in his character. He predicted that he would save his skin. This turnaround would have tipped the perspective of his advent into a completely different logic, precisely the one that men were waiting for. But this immediate takeover would not have allowed Jesus to substitute himself for us, by taking our punishment upon himself, thus freeing humanity from the rights that Satan exercised over us because of equitable justice. Nor would Jesus have conquered death by robbing hell of some of its captives, whom he was able to take with him in his resurrection. Without his total submission to his Father, God's plan for the salvation of the world would have been short-circuited.

The Messiah's obedience to the point of agreeing to die in our place, set a precedent. This act of justice allowed, on the one hand, our release from the charges against us, and on the other hand, the definitive condemnation of our accuser, the devil, for having put to death the only righteous individual who had never sinned. The consented death of Jesus on the cross represented a victory for God in favour of men, and this very unexpected turn of events marked the defeat of Satan.

Now deprived of his legitimacy and the right to exercise any claims against us in the council of God, all that remains for him is to be able to count on our ignorance. He can still perpetuate lies, and men unfortunately believe him. Perhaps you know the story of these Japanese soldiers on duty on an isolated island in the Pacific where the news of Japan's surrender had not reached ? Men will continue to believe that they deserve the pain and suffering imposed on them by illness and the torments of the devil, as long as religion makes them believe it. Instead of opposing them with the blood unjustly shed on the cross, they beg the Queen of Heaven to help them bear their suffering and even ask her to take charge of them at the hour of their death...

Still in the register of counterfeiting, the book of Revelation speaks of the False Prophet who will appear alongside the Antichrist. His distinguishing mark : He will have the appearance of a lamb, but the goals of the dragon. He will show himself in a seductive manner, with persuasive words that will arouse the sympathy and goodwill of others. He could be an extraordinary preacher or speaker, but whose diabolical aims will deceive the multitudes.

Restoration of Israel … and Fury of the Dragon

Jesus, as the Son of God, was taken up to God in heaven. But the dragon attacked those who represented him on earth, his apostles and early disciples, Israel to be blunt, and later Christians in the West and elsewhere. About forty years after Jesus' resurrection, the Romans had Jerusalem razed by Syrian mercenaries in their pay, fulfilling Jesus' word : "I tell you, there will not be left of this temple one stone upon another that will not be thrown down." The Jews were then scattered throughout the world—the diaspora—which allowed them to survive and prosper in other lands of welcome. The land of Israel remained a desert for centuries. In 1867, the American writer Mark Twain visited what the Roman invaders had renamed "Palestine"—the Philistine land, as a mark of contempt. “The farther we advanced, the hotter the sun became, and the more barren and stony, forbidding and gloomy the landscape became… There was scarcely a tree or shrub anywhere. Even the olives and cacti, those faithful friends of worthless soil, had almost deserted the country.”   This statement reflects his general attitude toward this ancient land throughout his journey. Twain declares that “Palestine is desolate and unlovely. And why should it be otherwise ? Can the curse of Deity beautify a country ?”

The Philistine country—present-day Gaza—has been a bridgehead in the serpent’s struggle against the women throughout history, and the cruelty of the events of October 2023 has brutally reminded us of this.

The Forgotten History of Gaza and Its Ancient Spiritual Origins

As early as 1948, the year of the reestablishment of the State of Israel, Satan understood that an important step in history had been taken. The cursed fig tree had turned green again. Jesus' prophecy declared that the generation that would see this sign would also see the installation of the reign of God. Stirred up by the devil, the Arabs then rushed with all the axes at their disposal to try to cut down this rebellious offspring. God allowed Israel to defeat them, and it has been so in all the wars that have targeted Israel. Although they were like an ant among the warlike nations around them, God performed miracle after miracle for them, to prevent their enemies from destroying them.

Defeated but still kicking

Assessing his defeat, seeing the end of his reign approaching and knowing that he has only a short time left, Satan nevertheless refuses to capitulate. He tries to create total chaos on the earth to thwart the establishment of the Kingdom of Jesus for as long as he can. He redoubles his efforts in a war of undermining human values, of disinformation, of slandering God and his people, of perverting the minds of people, of murders and abortions, and of inciting men to make war on each other without reason.

What he wants is to take possession of as many human souls as he can during the time allotted to him, to lead them to kill as many innocent people and those who do not submit to his authority.

Satan has beheaded the Jewish religion and put it out of action. He is now corrupting the Christian religion. Centuries of state religion have subjugated Christians and installed them in this world. Christ remains nailed to the cross and religious Christians have rejected God the Father to devote themselves to the worship of the Queen of Heaven, exchanging the victory of Christ for the worship of the Virgin and the acceptance of her fatalistic dolorism, and the pursuit of Truth for submission to a Church governed by the world.

“The Light Bearer”

This is the meaning of the name Lucifer. There is no doubt that his light was originally good, when he was created by God. But after his rebellion and knowing his cunning and his intentions towards us, can we still trust him ?

The dragon knows all the tricks, and he is ready for any flirtatiousness to get himself adopted. By a fashion phenomenon, to fill their solitude or by a need to stand out, many have let him enter their life—I'll let you fill in the blanks. But the dragon has never been a friend to women, and no more to men.

Yet millions of devout Christians follow him without questioning. It is hard to imagine that religion—whether it is Islam, Catholicism, Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Kabbalistic Judaism, some forms of evangelicalism, and indeed any religion by definition—can captivate people. Yet this is what happens: instead of setting people free by bringing them into a personal relationship with their God, religion takes them captive. Spirits seduce them and inhabit them, so that this mysticism or religious identity becomes part of who they are. Confronting them on this point will make them howl in pain, even anger, as when Paul confronted the city of Ephesus over its cult of Diana. A person who has grown up in a religious environment does not have the necessary perspective to understand. One must submit to a personal reading of the Bible, after having taken a step back from one's traditional environment.

"If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed," said Jesus to the religious who, because they were captive to the spirits of their tradition, sought to kill him. "Your father is the devil," he finally had to bring himself to tell them.

The apostle Paul is well aware of the devil’s tricks. He encounters them almost on a daily basis in his work among the churches. Whenever Paul's back is turned, the devil is coming up with  “new schemes”, to the point that his measures taken preventively could be mistaken for misogyny. But they are not.

“But if anyone—even we, or an angel from heaven—preach any gospel to you other than the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. As I have said before, and I say again now, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than the one you received, let him be accursed.”   Galatians 1:8.

“For such men are false apostles, dishonest workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. No wonder, does not Satan himself masquerade as an angel of light ? It is no wonder then that his agents also masquerade as servants of righteousness. Nevertheless, they will receive the end their works deserve.”   2 Corinthians 11:13-15.

Every church, every religious group, every corporation linked to a form of esotericism such as Freemasonry, medicine—although not all doctors are sorcerers, far from it—, ideological politics, that which conveys a form of exaltation, social, sporting, a cultural identity, an alternative orientation, nationalism, tribalism—every time that the defence of the values to which we are attached takes hold of our guts, it is certain that a spiritual entity stands behind the movement and feeds on this fervour. God tells us : "You shall have no other gods before me."

Those who are not influenced by bigotry will seek their fortune under the auspices of an increasingly present esotericism which is gaining ground through philosophies and so-called alternative medicines.

From soft magic to wicca and witchcraft, there is only one step. A step that films, games or Netflix series, family legacies, practicing friends or certain traditions that have rocked us since our childhood, prepare us to take when the opportunity comes.

In a society without prophets and deprived of reference points, clairvoyance seduces. Without us being able to understand it, we are the plaything of familiar spirits who engage us in a vicious spiral. France has become one of the largest consumers of psychics services … and of antidepressants !

Androgeny is a fantasy as old as the world. In ancient Greece, transgender themes associated with religion are fashionable. Perhaps the most famous of these representations is Hermaphroditus, a mythological character with both feminine and masculine attributes. The Greeks practiced ritual cross-dressing, which played an important role in ceremonies linked to Dionysus. The priests of Ishtar were eunuchs, like those of Cybele. The goddess attributed to herself the power to change a man into a woman, a woman into a man.

Satan has been able to weaken society by attacking its foundations. He can now call down destruction upon it. He sets children against parents, education against Biblical éthical principles, parties against parties, government bodies against citizens, progressives against conservatives, consumers against industry, pro-climate against pro-life, women against men, nations against nations, ethnic groups against ethnic groups… His motto : “Each against all, but all united in the fight against Israel and against Christians.”

By setting men against each other, Satan conceals the true motives of this fratricidal struggle and the reality of his government. He confuses the issue so that we cannot see what the real stakes are in a war as old as the world and that he himself initiated.

Passover : Reminder of our Departure

In the world there is total chaos. No one knows where the truth is, who runs the world or even what the deep motives of our governments are. Besides, they themselves do not know, or they rely on a climate-demographic roadmap assigned to them by the elites. The spectre of a large-scale war is becoming clearer.

The Gospel has been announced, the seed has produced its fruits and Christ is now calling those who belong to him to prepare to leave the world. He warned us of this two thousand years ago by emphasizing that the situation that prevailed in the time of Noah will become relevant again : "Men were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark. And the flood came and destroyed them all."   Luke 17:27.

Jesus was not stingy with warnings asking us to be ready to embark. And the sign by which we show that we are ready is the Lord's Supper, the breaking of bread in homes. "Do this until I come," Jesus said. But the traditional church wants things to stay as they have always been. If the world is not too upset, reason will eventually prevail and the feast can go on.

Our irresponsible elected officials and some self-important heads of state are displaying a frightening arrogance by calling for war as a means of restoring peace, while silencing their opponents. This new thing called "cancel culture" is being introduced. Politics is now openly disloyal and anything goes.

The Bible had announced it : “Know for sure that in the last days of history, times will be difficult. Men will be lovers of themselves, greedy for money, boasters and conceited. They will speak blasphemously of God and will not respect their parents. They will be unthankful, without respect for what is sacred, heartless, merciless, slanderers, without self-control, cruel, despisers of good; carried away by their passions and puffed up with pride, ready to do anything deceitful. They will love pleasure rather than God.”   2 Timothy 3:1-4. Faced with this perversion of human values, confusion becomes total and tension rises. In the churches, calls for peace multiply. These are humanistic statements, appeals to reason, essentially empty words that will have no impact on the events that will occur. There is a worldwide detestation of Israel’s sovereign policy—“who do they think they are ?”. What is really taking shape is division. It is polarization.  “For I have come to set a man at variance against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter in law against her mother in law; and a man’s enemies will be they of his own household.”   Jesus in Matthew 10:35-36.

“And I heard another voice from heaven saying, Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues.”   Revelation 18:4-5.

Paul says also, in Ephesians 6:11-18 :
“Put on the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against all the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the powers, against the authorities, against the powers of the darkness of this world and against spiritual wickedness in the heavenly realms.”

“Therefore put on the armour that God gives, so that you will be able to withstand in the evil day and, having done all, to endure to the end. Stand firm, having your belt girded with truth, and your breastplate with righteousness. And your feet shod with readiness for the gospel of peace. In every situation, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the flaming darts of the devil. And take salvation as your helmet, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. In all circumstances, pray and make supplication in the Spirit with all prayer and petition, vigilant and steadfast, interceding for all the holy people.”

DESTROY YOUR ENEMY WITHOUT FIGHTING THEM - Myles Munroe

The Trap of Traditions

Why did Jesus say that many are called, but few are chosen ?

We spoke above of the essential renewal of our understanding, or of our intellect, to use a word of today. But we must also free ourselves from our inheritances, familial, cultural and religious.

God had given this commandment :

“You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down yourself to them or serve them, for I, the Lord your God, am a fierce God, punishing the iniquity of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me.”   Exodus 20:4-5.

Idols are not just charismatic figures that we worship or statues representing demonic entities before which we prostrate ourselves. They are not paintings resulting from a certain vision of things, or as here, images produced by an artificial intelligence nourished by centuries of iconographic archives. But they are the things before which we bow and adore, those we seek and identify with and conform to.

Paradigms that do not take into account God's plan for the world and are based on human nature, on renewable management of assets, on well-being, energies or vibrations, on good intentions and the like, or on things that we personally appreciate as noble or magnificent, will be "gone with the wind."

The church, the community, the poor, are a field of activity, but they should not be our primary concern and our horizon. Hell is, it seems, paved with good intentions. It is not enough to be a good person to enter the Kingdom of God, said Jesus. Besides, according to him, only God is good.

It is a fact that many Christians submit to the dogmas and traditions of their community rather than to the teachings of the Bible and Christ. Tradition is an  “interpretation.” It does not obey the Word of God. Paul wrote to the Colossians :  “See to it that no one ensnares you in the pursuit of wisdom, which is deceit and illusion, based on human traditions, on the basic principles of the world, but not on Christ.” Colossians 2:8. Many even think that Jesus has eclipsed the God of the Ten Commandments. They imagine that they can reject the “old God” with his law and demands. By professing Christ while remaining associated with the compromises of the world, they are under a curse, for they “arouse him with jealousy over things that are not God.”

To act wisely, one must position oneself in the right logic—adopt the right paradigm. The fallen angels have their councils and they have their evangelistic conventions and their synods. Subverting symbolism has always been one of the liar's favourite means of subversion. "You go about the earth making followers, and when you make converts, you make them sons of hell worse than yourselves," Jesus said.

We know who is a master illusionist. Today, with Advent and Christmas, Epiphany, the Annunciation, Lent, Holy Week and Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, Assumption, All Saints, and of course the sacraments such as Mass, the Eucharist and baptism, Christian symbolism has been stripped of its power and diverted to merge with the rites and beliefs of ancient civilizations—Nordic, Persian, Babylonian, Greek, Roman, Egyptian and even pre-Columbian. The Christian tradition has been subjected to vanity.

Religion is adept at giving people the illusion that by fulfilling their "religious duties," they have done all that is necessary to be at peace with God.

“From the least to the greatest, all are greedy for gain; prophets and priests alike, all practice deceit. They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. ‘All is well, go in peace,’ they say, when there is no peace. Are they ashamed of their detestable conduct ? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush”.   Jeremiah 6:13-15.

You've Been Lied To About Heaven — John Bevere

A Video Message.

Why a lot of Christians cannot grow up to certain levels?

Will churches be integrated into God's government ?

“Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit”. Matthew 12:33. God has no interest in large denominational churches other than in the fact that they are nurseries. A landscape gardener gets his trees from a nursery, but he must transplant them into the right environment for them to thrive. The nursery does not provide these conditions.

The churches of the world are of the world. The church of Christ has no denomination, no label. It has no buildings, no representatives on earth, just a few prophets, because all are moved by the same spirit. It cannot be numbered, but Christ knows His own by name. He is their head, and like Him, those who belong to Him are not of this world.

"If the world hate you, know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you, The servant is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my word, they will keep yours also.…”  John 15:18-20.

Tradition is not the only area where counterfeiting abounds. Jesus spoke of the weeds sown in his field by an enemy. As there are multiple counterfeits in the Christian tradition, there are also multiple counterfeits of the Holy Spirit in churches and more particularly in those where young people gather in search of initiatory experiences. The devil loves these young people who only ask to be "activated". They participate in a collective "baptism of fire" and find themselves demonized by spirits from Hinduism introduced during the hippie era. They are now each the tare and the good grain. In the grass, the tare cannot be pulled up without risking uprooting the wheat. Once the wheat is ripe, there is no longer any risk in pulling them both up, and the angels will pile up the former to burn them while the good grain will be sent to God's granary.

The Fulfilment of God’s Promises

Walking with God requires that we learn patience and perseverance, perhaps to help us understand how patient God is with us. But he promises that in the end, his justice will prevail. We cited a passage from the prophet Malachi earlier, a passage that accompanied the mission of John the Baptist, in which God warns those who would be tempted to mock him. In that same chapter, God promises comfort to those who suffer from feeling unjustly treated.

“Your words are harsh against me,” declares the Lord, “and you say, ‘What have we said against you ?’ You have said, ‘It is useless to serve God. What profit has it gained us if we keep his commandments and walk in mourning before the Lord of hosts ? Now we will call the arrogant happy. For evildoers will prosper; they will put God to the test and be delivered.

Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another; and the Lord listened and listened. A book of remembrance was written before him for those who fear the Lord and who fear his name. They shall be mine, says the Lord of hosts, in the day that I am preparing them. I will have compassion on them, as a man has compassion on his son who serves him. Then you will again discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him who serves God and him who does not serve him.

For behold, that day is coming, burning like an oven. All the arrogant and all who do evil will be like stubble; the day that is coming will burn them up, declares the Lord of hosts, and will leave them neither root nor branch. But for you who fear my name the Sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. You will go out leaping like calves from the stall, and you will trample the wicked underfoot, for they will be like dust under the soles of your feet on the day that I am preparing, declares the Lord of hosts.”   Malachi 3, 4.

What is Malachi talking about, what event ?

The Millennium

Before we go further into this necessary description of the events that will mark the end of our age, let us pause now and consider what will be the reward of our life of faith. God wants us to have a good hope and a vision of future realities, for it is this hope that will guide our choices and sustain us in more difficult times.

“For I know the thoughts that I have toward you,” declares the Lord, “thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope.”   Jeremiah 29:11.

The Apostle Paul said,  “To me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.”  Paul was stoned to death by his former religious friends and brought back to life by his fellow travelers. What had he seen in the afterlife, when he was caught up to the third heaven, that could have given him such assurance?

Men have kept within them a certain nostalgia for what belongs to them and which has escaped them. A premonition pushes them to want to find the way back to it during their life. This is the reason why there are all these substitute "paradises", which are the mirages by which Satan will finish us off. But where are the things that really belong to us and to what extent are our expectations legitimate ?

God is a God of love, and always has been. Jesus said :  “He who has seen me has seen the Father”. God created the world, animals, and humans, to share this love with them. We are made for love, for true love. The word love encompasses many meanings in English. But there are many words in the Bible to describe love, words that cover meanings as different as the love of a mother for her child, that of a brother for his family, selfless love for one's community or neighbour, or that of a couple in love who embrace. All these manifestations of love come from God.

In this world unfortunately, love is often perverted. Passions, lust, violence, are the by-products of our state as fallen men. By submitting to God, we allow Him to renew in us a well-disposed heart and mind. True love, the one that distinguishes us from the animal—but sometimes animals are more selfless than humans—, is above all spiritual and divine and it is pure.

“For the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control,”   Paul said again in Galatians 5:22.

Now freed from the influence of the spirit of evil, the world will be—to use the image of the potter's clay—shaped by expert hands, to produce a new creation that will conform to God's expectations. And if the present creation was once initiated by the Father and by his Son Yeshua, this "re-creation" will be carried out by the Son and by his friends, to be presented to the Father.

"Emmanuel." This name means : God with us. Not in the Jesuit way, but God moving among his people. God will be with us and in all.

The earth will be completely recreated, that is to say reordered, to use the concept of Genesis. Now rid of liars and led by men renewed in the image of God, we can hope that humanity will live up to the trust that has been placed in it, and that we will see this new development succeed and persist. To begin the great celebration of reunion with God, a thousand years of peace and harmony are promised to us.

“Before they call upon Me, I will answer; before they cease to speak, I will hear. The wolf and the lamb shall feed together; the lion shall eat straw like the ox; and dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,” declares the Lord.”  Isaiah 65:24-25.

It may not be the era of Care Bears, but here is what Isaiah says about it :

“The wolf will live with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the kid; the calf and the young lion and the fatlings will be together; and a little child will lead them. The cow and the bear will feed, and their young ones will lie down together; and the lion will eat straw like the ox. The suckling will play in the viper’s den, and the weaned child will put his hand into the viper’s den.…”   Isaiah 11:6-8.

No doubt there is also a figurative meaning to these words, the little child alluding to the character and style of authority of the Messiah, who after having brought order to this world with a rod of iron, will be meek and humble at heart. The distinctive sign of Satan and those who followed him will have been pride, presumption and violence. From now on, a just and magnanimous leader will govern, who despite his divine status and his omnipotence, will know how to remain a friend to his friends. Finally freed from tyrants, the world, politics and governments will have nothing in common with those we have known. Healed of the curse that the sin of men and angels had called upon it, creation will experience very rapid changes. And we will be its doctors ! Of course, medicine in the Millennium will have nothing in common with this science of death inherited from ancient civilizations.

The world to come will be established around the principles of God. Not the principles of religion, but those prefigured by Jerusalem. Here again, we must forget the Jerusalem of all conflicts and consider this holy city in its symbolism, as the city in which God dwells in the midst of his people. And the people of God will not be divided as they are today, nor will they be unified, but on the contrary they will be assembled by highlighting the particularities of each, like a patchwork of incredible diversity and whose beauty will reflect the glory of its Creator.

“Jesus called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said : “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me”.   Matthew 18:3.

“I rejoice when they say to me, ‘We will go up to the Lord’s dwelling place.’ Behold, our feet stand at your gates, O Jerusalem ! Jerusalem, a well-built city, a city that is well-kept together ! There the tribes, the tribes of the Lord—that is the law in Israel—will flow to praise the Lord. There thrones are established for those who exercise justice, thrones for the descendants of David. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; for those who love you, Jerusalem, may dwell in safety. Let peace be within your walls, and let security reign in your palaces. For my brothers and friends, I will say, ‘Peace be with you.’ For the sake of the temple of the Lord our God, I pray for you.”   Psalm 122. And we are also, each in our own way, the temple of God.

“In the future it will come to pass that the mountain on which the temple of the LORD is will be established as a firm place above the mountains and will be exalted above all heights; and peoples will flow to it. Many foreign nations will come and say to one another,

“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob; he will teach us the ways he has commanded; we will walk in his paths.”   For out of Zion will come the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. And he will arbitrate between many peoples; yes, he will judge between strong nations far away.

“They will beat their swords into ploughshares, and their spears into sickles. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.”   Isaiah 2, Micah 4.

“I will restore you again, and you will be restored, O virgin of Israel ! Your timbrels will again be your adornment, and you will go out with joyful dances.”   Jeremiah 31:4

“At that time Jesus rejoiced in the Holy Spirit and said, ‘I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes. Yes, Father, I thank you for this is your will.…’   Luke 10:21-22 .

“Everyone will dwell in peace under his own vine and under his own fig tree; no one will make him afraid. This is what God, the Lord Almighty, has said. The peoples walked in the name of their gods, but we walk in the name of the Lord our God forever and ever.”   Micah 4.

“All your children will be taught by the Lord, and great will be the descendants of your children. In righteousness you will be established; fear will be banished, for you will not be afraid; and terror will not come near you.”   Isaiah 54:13-14

“Yes, you will go out with joy, and you will be led out with peace; the mountains and the hills will break forth before you into joy, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.”   Isaiah 55:12

“For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God will call.”   Acts 2:39

“They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”   Isaiah 11:9.

“Until the Spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted as a forest.…”   Isaiah 32:15-18.

“In that day I will make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, with the birds of the air, and with the creeping things of the earth; and I will break the bow, the sword, and the war from the land, and I will make them lie down safely.”   Hosea 2:18.

“For thus says the Lord : Behold, I will bring peace to her like a river, and the glory of the nations like a flowing stream.”   Isaiah 66:12

“To appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.”   Isaiah 61:3.

“And you shall be nursed; you shall be carried in the arms, and fondled in the lap. As one whom his mother comforts, so will I comfort you. Yes, in Jerusalem, you shall be comforted.”   Isaiah 66:12-13

“For in repentance and rest you will be saved, and in quietness and trust your strength will be.”   Isaiah 30:15.

“Do not be sad, for the joy of the Lord will be your strength.”   Nehemiah 8:10

The tree of life will be available again during the Millennium. Consequently, men will not die. And if they fall asleep, it will be after many, many centuries of a happy and fulfilling life.

The Tribulation

But in the immediate future, what will happen on earth ?

Now that we know how things are going to end and that we will be fine if we stay on the right side of the road, we must still consider the darker future that is looming for the world. The Christian political world is in free fall. God has not abandoned us, but the judgment that the whole world is going to go through must begin at the house of God, the Bible tells us. There is far too much in the church—and in all religion—that is out of line and that is keeping people from seeing Christ. “You shut the door of the knowledge of God against men, and you yourselves do not enter in,”   word that Jesus used to rebuke the rabbis of his day. Religions and those who claim to represent God are going to be put under the microscope. In the past, it was the enemies of Israel who were responsible for administering the spanking, and after recent events, we should have some idea of what is going on and who some of the attackers are. But ironically, the main conspiracy comes from within and has been on public display for centuries on the US $1 bill…

“I will not talk with you much more, for the prince (evil genius, ruler) of the world is coming. And he has no claim on Me (He has nothing in common with Me)”.   Jesus, in John 14:30.

We said above that Satan is organizing a global chaos. We see it not only in the world, but even in churches where many ministers lead people in fear to captivate an audience while others claim that nothing has changed and the end of the world is just another myth.

This great upheaval actually has a goal. Men, surprised by the war and by the loss of their purchasing power for some, by the attacks on the climate and biodiversity for others—fatalities against which their governments seem powerless—will only want one thing, and that is that a charismatic, reassuring and authoritarian man takes things in hand. Men without God are convinced that the arrival of a centralized world government is the only hope left for their planet to avoid a catastrophe from which it will never be able to recover. The fact has been hammered home enough in extra-governmental climate conferences for the refrain to be learned.

The world has rejected Jesus and biblical values. The Earth is now ripe to be ruled by the greatest liar of all time, the one who thinks he is God, the Antichrist, indwelled by Satan himself.

Men who do not know God will be won over by his speeches. Many will see in him the unexpected moderator of a political situation that has become explosive. The still blinded Jews will take him for their Messiah, but only for a time, until he betrays them. There will be great demonstrations of joy throughout the world, at the sight of what will seem to be a new-found world peace and security.

Worldwide Mutiny Against God — Rick Renner

Reasons the Antichrist May Be Closer Than You Think — Randy Kay

People will celebrate. But perhaps not for very long. The Antichrist has inherited some aspects of Islam and its goals. This is not surprising since it all comes from the same character.

He now shows his true face by betraying the alliances.

The judgments will fall on the earth, one after the other, said Jesus who compares this chain of events to the pains of a woman in labour : she does not have time to catch her breath that already the next contractions are there.

These will be terrible times for the inhabitants of the earth. A fight to the death from the posterity of the dragon against that of the Messiah, will focus at first on a war of influence aimed at establishing a technocratic and totalitarian government : the Beast, a fearsome world system from which no one will be able to escape.

The Beast was built in secret on the foundations of the oldest and most pernicious religion in the world, by a Luciferian secret society to which our elite belong, and for one purpose : to control the lower castes through lies and promises of success and wealth. Their promises are substituted for God's promises, with the aim of destroying Christianity—remember the temptation of Christ in the wilderness: "Again the devil took him up into an exceeding high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and the glory of them, and said to him, 'All these things will I give you, if you will kneel before me and worship me.'"  Successors of the Templars and the cathedral builders, the modern movement was born under the impulse of anticlericals, who quickly turned out to be anti-God, at least in the generally accepted understanding. Because in reality they are Gnostics and worshipers, but of the god of darkness, whom they oppose to Jesus Christ whom they consider a contemptible being, as indeed are those who follow him. Charles Darwin was a prominent member of this group. Its representatives are omnipresent in the world of business, finance, the arts, education, information, science, research and medicine, the media and politics, and its influences extend to the traditional Christian religion, and even to a supposedly evangelical music production industry. If someone is in a high-profile position, you can bet that he has been solicited, or that he has pledged allegiance and is supported by this secret organization. This group now controls the world by controling the seven hills of power. At least, that is what internal propaganda makes its members believe. Because from the base to its leaders, all are in reality deceived by the one they have chosen as their leader : the "Prince of the power of the air", as the Bible calls him, and are doomed to the wrath of God.

Misguided and subjected to the greatest dictator of all time, the world will then experience a period of unprecedented ethnic, ideological and religious cleansing. Significant detail : just as the "infidels" are massacred according to Islamic rules, this ancient world religion brought back to the forefront after the departure of the Christians, will demonstrate the same cruelty. Decapitation is their modus operandi, according to what the Bible shows. Lucifer separated Adam from his head in the Garden of Eden, in order to substitute himself for Christ. This has happened mainly at the level of influence until now, but now Lucifer shows his true face by acting as a mass murderer. The events of the Second World War were a warning, and it is very much to be feared that these ethnic attacks will be renewed in our lifetime with an intensity never seen before. This fight is not limited to military force. It takes control of minds. And with the widespread use of smartphones, Satan now has a way to remotely control factions and millions of programmed individuals, such as those who have infiltrated the populations at the favour of relaxation of immigration laws. These potential assassins think they are serving the general interest and working towards a better society led by a new world order, while they are manipulated by Satan who sets them against God. In Luke 19, Jesus says a very harsh word: "But now bring here my enemies who did not want me to reign over them, and kill them before me." We will better understand the validity of this word when we see what these men devoted to the new world order will do to believers of the God of the Bible.

But how will God save some of the Jewish people and Christians from the dragon's murderous fury ? When and how will this happen ? It is unheard of, and for now it is a secret.

"But even now," declares the Lord, "return to me, return with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning. Rend your heart, and not your garments, and return to the Lord your God. For he is gracious, compassionate, and slow to anger, abounding in love, and willingly relinquishes the evil he has threatened. Who knows ? Perhaps the Lord will change his mind and change his course of action too. Who knows whether he will leave behind a blessing so that you may offer grain offerings and drink offerings to the Lord your God ?”   Joel 2:12-14.

What People Will Be Like During The Last 7 Years Of The Book Of Revelation Video

The Rapture

“Afterward I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions. Even on the male and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit.” I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood, fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes. “Then everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved; on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, as the Lord has said, and among the survivors whom the Lord calls.”   Joel 3.

What hope is there for us to escape all the evils that are coming upon the earth ? God has promised that, as in the days of Noah, those who put their trust in Him will be rescued. By this supernatural and sudden extraction, God is going to snatch away and take under His wing those who love Him and who have made the effort to be filled with the Spirit, in order to spare them a period of suffering such as has never been on earth, called  “the great tribulation.”  So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”   Matthew 24:44.

Like everything in the Bible that disturbs the principles of established religion or upsets man caught up in his secular occupations, this perspective is very controversial. However, many passages in the Bible announce this event. In 1 Thessalonians 1, Paul highlights the attitude of the believers in Thessalonica "who turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, Jesus, who delivers us from the wrath to come."   The believers of that time knew that the wrath of God was going to be manifested, and they had faith that, either when their time came, or all together while they were alive and in a collective departure, they would be awaited by Jesus who would deliver them from the calamities that were going to befall the world.

You Need to be Ready for Jesus’ Second Coming. Yes, but how ?

“Jesus said to his disciples, ‘Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God and believe in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.’”   John 14:1-3.

God also promised Israel that he would prepare a place in the wilderness for them, a secret place where they would be hidden and fed for three and a half years, while the dragon’s fury bashed the world.

In his first letter to the Christians in Thessalonica, Paul gave them some explanation :

“We do not want you to be ignorant, brothers, about those who are asleep, so that you may not grieve as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so those who sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will not prevent those who are asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air : and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.

But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you : for ye yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. When men shall say, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction shall come upon them, as labour pains upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, 5:1-3.

As in the time of Elijah

Elijah was taken up to heaven alive in a chariot of fire, under the amazed gaze of his disciple. We do not know how Jesus will take us, but he strongly suggests that we fill up on the Spirit ( the oil ) and keep our tank full, especially in his parable of the ten virgins.

"When the dragon saw that he had been thrown to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle to fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, to be nourished there for three and a half years, safe from the serpent."

God had hidden five hundred men known to him in caves in the desert, where he had them fed by good people. This was in the time of Elijah, when the terrible Queen Jezebel was raging in Israel, with her husband King Ahab. Elijah had then demonstrated a terrifying power that he had received from God, by ordering that an armed troop be consumed on the spot. The prophecy of the Apocalypse also speaks of this power, exercised by two "witnesses" after the rapture of the believers.

The world will wake up one day to find that a fringe of its population has vanished into thin air. This will not calm the dragon's ardour, but will drive him mad. It will then become very difficult for those who still consider themselves believers in the God of the Bible to continue living in this world. The Jews will be the target of all attacks, and so will Christians. For the values of most humans have been turned upside down: Satan worshipers are now the wise, and those who love their neighbour have become haters, because their truth is disturbing. Now we enter the heat of the battle.

“Then a battle broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and he and his angels fought against them. But the dragon was defeated, and he and his angels were cast out of heaven. The huge dragon was thrown out. This is the old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world. He was thrown down to the earth, and his angels with him. Then I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, “This is the time of salvation and power and the kingdom of our God ! Now the authority is in the hands of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown out, who accused them day and night before our God. But our brothers and sisters have prevailed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word they testified; they did not spare their lives but were ready to die. Rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them ! But woe to you, earth and sea ! For the devil has come down to you, full of wrath, because he knows that he has very little time left."   Revelation 12:7-13.

“When the dragon saw that he had been thrown to the earth, he went after the woman who had given birth to the son. But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle to fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, to be nourished there for three and a half years, safe from the attacks of the serpent. Then the serpent vomited out of his mouth water like a river after the woman, so that the floods could carry her away.

The waters represent the peoples of the world whom the devil stirs up and boils with indignation to prepare the ground for an attack on the people of Israel, and next, on the disciples of Christ.

The Real Reason Iran Wants to Destroy Israel

Unconsciously, men know that they have something to reproach themselves for. A bad conscience tends to identify itself with any feeling of injustice, legitimate or not. This is the principle of the scapegoat, which gives those who lay their hands on a designated culprit the feeling of having themselves escaped condemnation once the goat is, in the name of all, driven from the world of the living. Israel has resisted for too long by never allowing itself to be destroyed and thrown into the sea as its neighbours had planned. "Who do they think they are?". This presumptuous people becomes the scapegoat par excellence—as was the case during the propaganda of the Nationalsozialismus that led to world war two.

Governments are yielding to international pressure and to pressure generated within their populations by student and journalistic propaganda. One after another, they are withdrawing their support for Israel and decreeing an arms embargo, but at the same time continuing to supply arms to Israel's enemies.
But some Journalists stand for Truth, at great costs for them.

Israel soon finds itself alone and abandoned in the face of the world.

Abandoned by its allies, but not by God.

“Truth has disappeared, and he who turns away from evil is plundered. But the Lord saw with indignation that there was no justice; he found no intercessor; he was astonished. Then his own arm came to his aid, and his righteousness was his support. He put on righteousness as a breastplate, and the helmet of salvation on his head. He wrapped himself in retribution as a tunic, and wrapped himself as in a mantle with a passionate ardour for the exclusive relationship that binds him to his people.”  Isaiah 59:15-17.

To Satan’s great dismay, nature itself and circumstances will thwart his plans and will favour the children of the promise made to Abraham and those of the Messiah. After all, even if they are not fundamentally better than their adversaries, they represent in God’s eyes the only hope for the world to be rid of Satan and expel him from his reign on earth. This is what Jesus taught us to pray in the “Our Father” :  “Thy kingdom come and thy will be done on earth as in heaven.”

“But the earth came to the woman’s aid; the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the flood that the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. The dragon was furious with the woman and went off to fight the rest of her descendants, those who obey the commandments of God and are faithful to the truth that Jesus revealed.”   Revelation 12.

"Then the dragon stood on the seashore. And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads were written titles insulting to God." "And it was given him power to make war with those who are God's and to overcome them. And he was given authority over every people, and kindred, and tongue, and nation. All who dwell on the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain from the beginning of the world."

This passage of the book of Revelation 13, refers to the coming Antichrist and his kingdom. The seven heads may represent the seven kingdoms : Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome, and the final kingdom of Antichrist. The ten horns are a coalition of ten leaders who eventually serve under the Antichrist.

Let us remember that a large portion of the born-again Christians are no longer here at that time. The peoples who remain will be easy prey for the ideologies of the "reconstruction."

“Then I (John) saw a second beast coming out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb, but it spoke like a dragon. It exercised all the authority of the first beast on its behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed. And it performed great signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to the earth in full view of the people. Because of the signs it was given power to perform on behalf of the first beast, it deceived the inhabitants of the earth. It ordered them to set up an image in honour of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed. It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666 (Chi-xi-stigma).”  Revelation 13:11-18.

A Teaching about the False Prophet in the Book of Revelation

The prophecies are not meant to scare us, but to prepare us. War and armed conflict will be everywhere. Famine and disease will accompany them. What will happen to the people who still have faith ? They will be persecuted and many will be put to death. But it is clear that God will support them and rescue them in one way or another.

A place has been prepared, an Ark

Somewhere, beyond the dimension that we know, out of reach of the dragon, Yeshua has prepared a place of refuge for his people.

Even though some must leave their mortal bodies behind, their faith will allow them to be carried by the angels, one by one to that refuge where they also receive a new body.

A kind of concealed and fully secured campus where Jesus will take care of them. There, they will have nothing to fear.

Jesus will be their light and they will no longer experience the scorching sun, and hunger nor thirst.

There his disciples will be nurtured and matured, before returning with Jesus to take control of world government. Let us remember that those who will be judged worthy to participate in his reign are not those who have behaved in a religious manner, but those who have searched and found true wisdom and who defended it.

“Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say : “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.”  Revelation 12:10-12.

They will be informed in real time of what is happening elsewhere and will even be able to intervene.

The Son of God and his apostles will reveal to them God's plan hidden since the creation of the world, and they will be equipped to play their part in the new economy. Oh, maybe they won't look like the hot Hollywood boys, but be prepared for surprises.

This interval in history can be estimated at between three and a half and seven years for the total duration of the great tribulation, before the return of the saints alongside the glorious Christ.

The bowls of the plagues are now poured out upon the world

The book of Revelation describes the judgment of modern Babylon. Behind this borrowed name, that of an ancient city but which could soon rise from its ruins, we find the concept of a confederation of cultural and religious identities, working towards an agreement. A world celebrating the success of man is built in such a way as to oust the true God, and its success is ensured by the ancient divinities. Babylon rests on three pillars:

– a one world Government,
– a one world Religious system
– a one world Economic system

Teaching on Revelation 17

While worshippers of the true God are now safe in the resting place, the rest of the world is undergoing war, epidemics, weather events, unrest and a growing climate crisis, earthquakes, cyclones, tsunamis and volcanic activity. Fires will break out as a result of a meteor shower. The latter, coming from a particular comet called Wormwood, will poison the fresh waters, and the sea will become like blood. Fish will die. Chapter 16 of the Book of Revelation describes this chain of events.

In the fulfilment of a prophecy, there can be two fronts : they describe physical events but they are also active on an allegorical level. For example, the stars falling from the sky represent certain parts of the invisible satanic government, and the comet Wormwood could be an angelic spirit that will be brought down to earth, transmitting his bitterness to men and plunging them into unprecedented anxiety. Jeremiah spoke about it, in Jeremiah 9.

These things happen one after another in a kind of irreversible progression. Immediately after the rapture, those who were holding back this reign of terror by the Spirit of God left, and now it is the turn of the Antichrist to make his advent—a relentless man but seductive. Indwelled by Satan, he is extremely clever and cunning. He was able to provide an explanation for the sudden disappearance of a section of the population, perhaps by evoking a suppression of some inferior spirits by allied aliens or angels. And from then on, life on earth will be able to continue in a very pragmatic way, without giving in to religious quarrels.

The Beast has a centralized government adopted by ten nations. It uses recent technologies, imposing an identification mark on all men. It is very likely that this mark involves a genetic or biotechnological contribution, either in the form of an implant justified by a banking system, or vaccines carrying elements capable of modifying the human genome. These technologies are already in use today. There is no escaping its control and those who have not accepted this mark of allegiance to the Luciferian system will initially be deprived of access to consumer goods. However, the mark of the beast mentioned in the Book of Revelation is not limited to a microchip or a means of biotechnological control. It is in reality submission to a sovereign. Allegiance to a religion that is apparently good but whose substance remains Luciferian is what the words of Revelation 13 suggest. History has taught us time and again that when politics and religion collude, the worst is to be feared. And we know what the views of the predominant religion that currently controls nearly 1.4 billion human beings are.

The preferred target now is the believers who escape control, and who have chosen to remain independent, because they know that the men who take the "mark of the beast" will ultimately be thrown into the "lake of fire." These new saints and martyrs will have to pay for their resistance with their lives. Having a free hand following the departure of the praying and influential Christians, the persecutions organized by the Antichrist will intensify. The mass murders will unfortunately take on such proportions that they could make us forget the Shoah. Satan will apply himself to eradicating everything that has any connection with the God of Heaven, and to suppressing all information concerning him. Let us remember what the communist regimes did not so long ago: the illegality of religion, the denunciations, the camps, the extermination. The data centers will have been seized and the information stored will make it possible to know which God people pray to in their bedrooms. The Internet will no longer be a platform for the free exchange of information, but will serve only as a means of propaganda. Nevertheless, people will have access to God, who will perform great and small miracles to enable them to be saved. It will be illegal to own a Bible or to read it, yet many people will still be converted in those days.

However, it will not take long for the new state model to show its flaws. The illusion of world peace has vanished. Governments are being stormed by the spirit of war, because geopolitical power needs being redistributed in the wake of the upheavals that are taking place. The Kingdom of the Beast in particular, which is the reconstituted Roman Empire, is suffering great calamities. The inhabitants of the world understand that they have been deceived in their expectations. Those who have taken the mark of identification and allegiance to the diabolical system are suffering from a very painful ulcer. The world is afraid and angry.

Yet, Jerusalem is at peace. Israelis believe that the country is now safe, and are letting down their guard.

The Return of the Messiah

Under this international pressure, reluctance will fall and an armed coalition of millions of soldiers will gather at the gates of the East, ready to conquer the Mediterranean. They will attack Israel when it thinks it is safe, to seize its wealth. These armies will suffer many calamities : diseases, hailstorms and a rain of fire. Chapters 38 and 39 of the book of the prophet Ezekiel describe how these armies will be brought to the border of Israel, for their destruction. The Bible apparently mentions two wars of Gog and Magog. The first will occur just before the return of Christ in glory, the second before the end of the world and the last judgment, when Satan will have been released from his prison before his destruction and will engage in a last stand. The following description is not certain, but may give an idea of the sequence of events.

As they prepare to destroy the most beautiful of countries, in what will be called the battle of Armageddon, a miracle will occur in favour of God's people.

In the midst of the Antichrist's victory—when he has invaded Israel, betraying the alliance he made with them, when he has settled in Jerusalem, when he has desecrated the newly built temple of God to make it a place of worship dedicated to Satan, with all the significance that this gesture of defiance will represent—something terrible is going to happen. Jesus warns his disciples that the reaction will be immediate. If they are in Judea when this man marches on Jerusalem, apparently displaying good intentions, they will only have time to take to their heels and flee towards the mountains.

“When you see the abomination spoken of by Daniel the prophet established in the holy place—let the one who reads understand—then let those in Judea flee to the mountains. If anyone is on his housetop, let him not go into his house to take what is there. Let him who is in the field not return home to get his coat. Woe to pregnant women and nursing mothers in those days ! Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the sabbath. For at that time there will be greater tribulation than has been since the beginning of the world; and never again will there be such suffering.”   Mark 13:14-20.

Zechariah announces that the invaders will have had time to ravage part of unprepared Israel, to rape women and to take captives. Half the city, it is specified. The perfidy of the villain will have left the Israelis speechless and practically without hope. But God will intervene himself at that very moment, and a fire will destroy in an instant, all these immense armies massed, it seems in the valley of Megiddo, and their war equipment. Will it be a supernatural fire or an nuclear explosion ? Zechariah's description of it is reminiscent of a Spielberg and George Lucas film, but also of the effects of intense atomic radiation. "And this is the plague with which the Lord will strike all the people who have fought against Jerusalem : the flesh of all men will rot while they are still standing, and their eyes will rot in their sockets, and, in their mouth, their tongue will rot. In that day a great panic from the LORD will seize them all. They will seize one another by the arm and each one will raise his hand against his neighbour.”   Zechariah 14:12-13.

This sign will strike fear into much of the world. Former enemies Russia and Iran, and their current allies Turkey, Egypt, Sudan, Syria, Libya, Ethiopia and Somalia (this list is not certain), perhaps joined by North Korea and China, will have united forces to participate in this war for resources. It is to be hoped that Europe and America will not have taken part in it, because it will be their only chance of escape. Millions of soldiers will perish in an instant, for having plucked their wicked finger into God's eye.

A study on this subject

Then the peoples around them will truly realize that a God in heaven is watching over Israel.

“I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you,” God promised Abraham. These consequences have been proven countless times over the millennia.

If you want to be blessed by God and prosper, you now know what you can do and what you should not do, even if you may not understand it fully right now.

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; yes, let those who love you, O Jerusalem, live safely.”  Psalm 122:6.

All over the world there will be seen great signs in the sky, on the land, and in the sea. Fear-stricken men will wait for great cataclysms sent from heaven. Many will curse God, which will only increase their suffering. The world will have been pushed to its brinks, and many men will have lost all hope of survival. To keep his audience, the Antichrist will display prodigious signs and "alien" monstrosities reminiscent of the time of the giants and the era of Noah. A few die-hards will continue to look up to heaven.

And it is at that moment that an incredible thing will happen.

In a totally unpredictable way, Christ will suddenly appear in his glory. No matter where we are on earth at that moment, in South America or in the depths of Mongolia, the coming of the Son of Man will be everywhere at once. All eyes will see him, like a flash of lightning crossing the sky from one end of the horizon to the other. The brilliance of his coming will annihilate Satan, his angels and his minions. These images do not pretend to convey the vision suggested by Jesus' words, but for countless believers, this will have been the most anticipated day since the creation of the world.

The Jews, who for a short time had believed they recognized their Messiah in the person of the Antichrist, will be dismayed and perplexed. They will begin to realize what they have done. They have effectively rejected and put to death their authentic Messiah, the one whom God had sent them, having seen in Yeshua only a weak and contemptible man with whom they did not want to reckon. All these events were nevertheless mentioned in detail in the prophecies of their holy scriptures. Three hundred and twenty-two prophecies in their sacred books are pointing to Yeshua as their Messiah. Most have already been fulfilled. You would have to be blind, or blinded, not to see it.

To their amazement, they will see with their own eyes the wounds they have inflicted on him, recognizing "the one they have pierced". Convinced, they will cry out in a surge of religious fervour and according to the prophecy of Psalm 118:26 taken up by Jesus : "Baruch Haba B'Shem Adonai", "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord". But God knows that their hearts remain hard and unbelieving.

What is the real face of Jesus ? Isaiah prophesied about the Messiah, saying that he would be a man of sorrows and that he would have nothing to attract our attention. Is he black as some think, is he dark-skinned, or Caucasian, does he have brown eyes, straight or curly hair ? Is he graceful or does he have the stature of a lumberjack ? Those who knew him during his earthly life have not left us a description of him, and this is probably not an omission. Moreover, they themselves did not recognize him after his resurrection. It was not until Jesus began to speak to her that Mary Magdalene realized that the man before her was Jesus. However, knowing her attachment, we can imagine that she had taken the trouble to scrutinize his face. Thomas was invited by Jesus to touch the holes left by the nails and the spear, and only then did he recognize him. And it was only when he shared the bread with them that the eyes of the disciples of Emmaus were opened. Jesus appeared to many believers, and even to people who were not looking for him. Many Muslims, Jews too, meet him in dreams, and their lives are changed. Each one would describe him in a slightly different manner. He appeared to me too, in his celestial body. He was nothing like what I had glimpsed in pious images. In reality, he was not a man but he was God, fearsome in his holiness. A sun in the center of his face radiated in many directions. When one of its rays penetrated me, I thought I was going to die… This was a long time ago and I have never been able to erase that memory from my mind. Daniel had probably met that character (Daniel 10). Psalm 18:27 says :  “You save the humble people, and you bring down the haughty eyes.”

Joseph had wept at the sight of his brothers found again. Jesus had wept over Jerusalem. “When he came near the city and saw it, he wept over it, saying, Oh, if only you had understood this day what is your peace ! But alas, now all this is hidden from your eyes.”   Luke 19:40-42.

Then God will bring forth before their eyes all the wickedness they have shown toward the prophets and toward his Son whom he had sent to be their saviour. The people of Israel will be convicted and they will weep and mourn, as for a first-born, we are told. They will also be very afraid, because they will have seen what Jesus is capable of. Jesus will not return as the defenceless lamb, the man without grandeur sacrificed for the nation, but he will be the fearsome Lion of Judah.

Yet, like Joseph, once, when he found his brothers, Jesus would reassure them. After they had been afraid enough to come to themselves and repent, Joseph had finally revealed his identity to them : “I am Joseph,” he said, “your brother, whom you sold into Egypt. And now, do not worry or be angry that you sold me into slavery. It was to save your lives that God sent me before you. You intended to do me harm, but God intended it for good, to accomplish what is happening this day, to save the lives of many people. Do not be afraid, therefore; I will provide for you and your children.”   And he comforted them, speaking to their hearts. Genesis 50.

These will be days of profound shaking for Israel and for the whole world. Jesus will materialize accompanied by the glorified saints and the angels.

Then his feet will rest on the Mount of Olives, which will divide in two, as Zechariah 14 says, to cause a spring to flow from beneath the throne of God mentioned by Ezekiel, which will feed two rivers of healthy, self-multiplying, life-giving water. One will give new life to the salty waters of the Dead Sea, and the other will flow toward the Mediterranean. The water will purify the dead and polluted waters, wherever it reaches. Perhaps another promise that will be fulfilled on several levels. It is also written that trees will grow on its banks and that their fruits will serve as food and their leaves will serve for the healing of nations, an allusion perhaps to the missionaries of Christ.

"Then he brought me back to the bank of the torrent. When I came back, I saw trees in great abundance on both sides. The man said to me : These waters flow toward the eastern region of the country, they go down into the plain of the Jordan and will flow into the Dead Sea. When they flow into the sea, it will be healed. Wherever the double torrent passes, animals will flourish and be able to live, and there will be many fish, because these waters will come to heal the sea, and life will develop throughout the passage of the torrent."

"On the torrent, on its banks on either side, will grow all kinds of fruit trees. Their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will have no end, they will ripen every month, because the waters will flow out of the sanctuary. Their fruit will be food, and their leaves for medicine." Ezekiel 47.

Can you feel more authentically Jewish after meeting and accepting Jesus? — A testimony

“You shall divide this land among yourselves according to the tribes of Israel. You shall divide it by lot for an inheritance for yourselves and for the strangers who sojourn among you and beget children among you; they shall be to you as natives among the children of Israel; they shall have a lot for an inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel. In the tribe in which the stranger sojourns, you shall give his inheritance,” declares the Lord God”.

Every Victory must be Celebrated with a Banquet

“Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.”   Revelation 1:3.

“Sell what you have and distribute the proceeds to the poor. Make yourselves purses that will not wear out and store up for yourselves an unfading treasure in heaven, where no burglar can reach it or moth destroy it. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Wear your work clothes. Keep your lamps burning. Be like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding. When he comes and knocks, they open the door.

Joseph had offered a feast to his brothers who he had found again. Yeshua also promises not to leave them hungry !

Blessed are those servants whom the master when he comes and finds watching ! Truly, I tell you, he will dress himself in his work clothes and make them sit down to eat and will go around serving them. Whether he comes home at midnight or at three in the morning, blessed are those servants whom he finds watching !”   Luke 12:35-38.

“Now therefore, O kings, walk wisely; O rulers of the world, be warned; serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and lest you perish from the way you go; for his anger is kindled quickly. For blessed are all who take refuge in him.”   Psalm 2:10-12.

"All the gods of the peoples are nothing, but the Lord made the heavens. His being is full of glory and majesty, and his sanctuary is adorned with power and beauty."

“Sing to the Lord a new song! Sing to the Lord, all the world!”

“Proclaim to the nations that the Lord is king! Therefore the world is established, it shall not be moved. God judges the peoples of the earth with equity.”

“Let the heavens rejoice and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar and all that dwells in it; let the whole field and everything in it be glad; let the trees of the woods sing for joy before the Lord; for he is coming, he is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness; he will judge the peoples with the truth that is in him.”   Psalm 96.

What's Next for the Bad Guys ?

God has been waiting patiently for the number of those to be saved during this tribulation period to be reached, while the diabolic man has risen to the height of rebellion against Him.

“And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming”.  2 Thessalonians 2:8

People are suddenly aware of a general change in their mindset. The angels of God have dethroned the spiritual powers that enslaved the world. But for those who have not seized their opportunity, it is now too late. Many will survive this transition period, but salvation through the sacrifice of Yeshua will no longer be available to them. They will live and participate in the reconstruction of the world they have destroyed, but in view of the judgment of the living and the dead that will take place at the end of the Millennium period. To have failed to be redeemed by Christ and to have to undergo this judgment is a dreadful prospect.

When God speaks of the fate that awaits lost men, it is always with great sadness. The fate reserved for these angels who turned the world upside down, was not supposed to be that of men.

The angels will have dragged them in their revolt, and for men, the brutal and too late awareness of the consequences of their choices is a great torment. Locked up in the company of evil spirits in a place of indescribable putrescence, they live, but they wish for death at every moment. Death has been destroyed, so the end of their existence will have to wait a long, very long time.

You've Been Lied to About Hell — John Bevere

From this burning place where they will have no way to quench their thirst, they will hear in the distance the noises of the wedding and the joyful songs. Regrets will accompany them forever. Jesus talked 70 times about hell in the Gospels. And if Jesus who is love personified, describes the situation of these men so crudely, it is because he wants to spare us from going there.

The Rich Man and Lazarus - What They did NOT tell you !

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.   John 3:16

“All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”  John 6:38-40.

“See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called   “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end. As has just been said :  “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.”  Hebrews 3:7-15.

“You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God ? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God. Or do you think Scripture says without reason that he jealously longs for the spirit he has caused to dwell in us ? But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.” Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up”.  James 4:5-10.

With the return of Jesus will come the swift judgment and neutralization of all who were fighting against him and destroying the earth by deceiving men. The beast and the false prophet will be taken and thrown alive into a lake of fire. A powerful angel will bind the dragon and he will remain locked in an abyss where he will be kept safely for later judgment.

“And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.”  Revelation 20.

For the world, this new era that we have mentioned earlier, called the Millennium, will then begin. Many chapters of the Bible give us a glimpse of what the messianic era will be like during these thousand years of peace. The linked page offers a commentary, providing information on the biblical references that correspond to this fascinating period of history to come, a period during which nature will become friendly towards us.

A Study on the Millennium.

A Thousand Years of Peace   … and Then ?

With God, good things also come to an end, but it is to make way for even better things !

God has foretold that the true end of the world will come one day. And it will not be just a move. Peter’s description of it is unambiguous : “The day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will be dissolved with fervent heat, and the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.”   It is at that time, or just before, that all the living and the dead will be judged. The devil will have been released from his prison for a time, so that he can take all the false servants with him. Everyone’s intentions will have been revealed, and for many people, that day of judgment will be a very difficult time. Those whose names are not found written in the book of life will not be able to be transferred to the new earth. Their existence will end with that of the old earth. Whether their conscience will be extinguished at that time, or whether they will continue to be tormented for eternity, I do not know. The Bible speaks of it as the second death. Those who belong to God, the saints, will not be judged but will receive their rewards. They will then take possession of the Kingdom that God has prepared for them.

It is clear from biblical prophecies that a substitute world already exists and will immediately replace the one that is to disappear. Our earth has kept the scars and vestiges of all the battles it has been through. In the New Earth that God is creating, even the memory of the present world will be no more. This is to say how jubilation will have its place there.

“I will put my words in your mouth, and will cover you in the shadow of my hand, to spread out new heavens and to lay the foundations of a new earth, and to say to Zion, You are my people.”   Isaiah 51:16.

“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no more sea. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself will be with them.”   Revelation 21:1-3

Jesus, his angels, and all the friends he made throughout history, have probably not been idle during these millennia, while we have been busy with our little wars. This new earth will not be like the one we live in. It will probably be to it what the butterfly is to the caterpillar. Everything will be incredibly beautiful and perfectly ordered.

What things will be like is simply impossible to imagine and describe with our concepts and our words. Nevertheless, many passages in the Bible speak of it. According to some visions that men have had of it, the streets of the New Jerusalem are paved with gold as clear as crystal, and its walls are made of precious stones. The gates are made of a single large pearl. This new Jerusalem no longer needs the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the Lord is its light. Concepts that are difficult for us to imagine. In any case, it is men who will be the richness of this new earth, men unrecognisable and yet familiar. The twelve tribes—twelve families of men, each with its own identity and a particular heritage—will be represented there, harmoniously linked to one another. Together, with God in their midst, they will be the New Jerusalem, the place where fullness is achieved.

A funny little note to end this page, and it concerns Jesus. Often influential people who talk a lot have an expression or a turn of phrase that comes up all the time, and about which those close to them tease them. Here is what I may have been able to pick up concerning Jesus.
